Vossen wheels look fantastic! Thank you Mike, Jon and AHC.👍🏻🇺🇸
Much appreciate for tuning in
Where is your location
It’s Saturday chilling after work, eating some good food and watching AHC! Good times!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Nice wheels! Also, the technician is so professional.
Came out great! Love those Accords! Great job guys!
Accord is a great platform. Thanks for watching
And just like that , always love what I see. AHC , you guys rock! 💪👍
Thank you very much!!
What’s the wheels size
No wheel locks is ballsy.. loving this build! I need to find you so I could hook up my 9th gen accord some more lol
Damn nice job guys!!! I have a 2022 I want to do this on, I’m gonna look into it. Love the videos.
Great job guys!
My 2020 needs that spring job
Love the build
hondas, mainly accords will forever be my favorite they are the most fun reliable dope looking cars!
Cheers!!
That drop is perfect!
Yes, it's perfect
This so fire
THIS SETUP LOOKS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, SICK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I honestly love those tire machines
They are fantastic
Less is more looks PERFECT!! I like this
Cheers!!
I love this look! Gonna get it for mines!!! Yesiirrr!!!
Go for it!!
I'm just in love with the, flushed to the floor, alignment rack... haha... just thinking about the ease of driving lowered vehicles on there, I'm drooling... where i worked at were these high ramp, low tech racks... anyways, enough gushing... accord looks nice... good work guys...
Looks amazing great job
Thank you
This guy makes it look so easy. Nice
Right on!!
You guys look very professional. I ve just ordered a set of vossen for 17 RX today. 4G
Thank you!!
Beautiful accord!!
We agree!
Just found this channel! Some good content. Have you all done the RSR Coilovers in a new Accord yet? Thinking of trying them out as my Tein’s make a lot of noise at low speeds.
That 10 spoke design is dope
We love it too
Can’t go wrong with Vossen wheels 🛞🧼🔥🇺🇸
Cheers!!
I would kept the stock wheels over this. But love all the work on this car… gave me some ideas for my accord 2.0T Sport
these accord sport stock wheels are underrated. problem is you see so many of them on the road
@@stunna6572 true. I have the current stock wheels and looking to upgrade them to the Vossen HF-5
Lookin' clean.
Cheers!!
Looks clean
Cheers!!
New rims 20 inch looks amzing on acccord
Right on
Love the channel. Getting ready to install some fortune auto coilovers. Do you guys have the torque specs for all the fasteners loosen in this video?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Damn I haven't heard of Vossen wheels since like 2009
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
I love the channel and the work. Where is the shop located?
It be so nice awesome if we have shop like u guys in Wisconsin where i lived
Thank you!!
If I were the fella, I'd go with a camber kit. 3 degrees of a negative camber is concerning. I have an Eibach camber kit and I'm happy with the little drop from my coilovers. The Car looks sick BTW.
3 degrees isn’t bad at all. I’m on stock suspension on my 2013 Accord Coupe and it’s 2 degrees factory. Toe is what eats away at the inner tire. I need to get a kit to adjust mine since it’s at .55 on the left.
3 dg ain’t bad at all.
We will do a rear camber kit in the future to straight out the cambers
A bit of a common misconception that negative camber is concerning. I assume you mean tire wear. It’s not camber that kills tires it’s camber + toe that kills. Given the back wheels on a fwd car are just going along for the ride it’s not a big deal in this case. Ideally yeah you’ll want less aggressive camber but it’s not a big deal. He can wait out the kit.
Former track and canyon junkie here and former alignment tech.
@@HamsterDesertEagle What about -1.8 camber and 0.55 toe left rear? Checked and it didn’t look like anything was hit or bent. Right is -2.0 camber 0.07 toe in spec. Like you said, I know camber isn’t a big deal but toe eats tires
Great job 👏 👍 👌 🙌
Thank you!!
@@ahcgarage your welcome 🙏
man how much did this job cost, i love the finished product, i need to get my accord over to you guys for this
She's a beauty👍👍👍
Great changes to the Accord,Guys! I’m sure the owner is overwhelmed!
Agreed!!
@@jamesreddick5638 Sure will
damn love those rims 😍
Love the finish and designs
@@ahcgarage how much are those rims if u don’t mind telling 😬
Why didn’t they go with complete coil overs? Are the Honda shocks better for that oem ride comfort?
Wider wheels on the front would make sense to combat understeer.
also do you guys lower other cars like rc f Lexus ?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
👍🏼👍🏼
Very nice! Bimmer man here… on a
20 in. staggered setup - Gloss Black powder coated Vossen CVT’s 9f / 10.5r 245/30/20 and 275/30/20 Michelin 4s. Eibach Pro Kit. Cannot go wrong with Vossen!
Thanks for watching!!
You still have the stock wheels? Need a pair to buy
Can you guys help me out with some info on my 05 TL ? I have a few questions
Great video! Would this drop affect the adaptive suspension function in a 2020 2.0t Touring model?? Thanks 👍🏽🔥
I have the 2021 touring. Did you find any answers on the adaptive suspension? I want to drop mine a little bit. I can't find videos about it.
@@ismaeljorge6269 not yet.
Great question. By installing lowering springs, it will not affect the functionality of the adaptive suspension/ADS
@@ahcgarage good to know! Thanks, I’m going to do this mod then!
they need to make a high performance version of this car..
Doesn't the accord have trims with 300+HP? Idk if they all have CVT or options without it.
@@zelowatch30 It has 250 HP stock. With mods you can theoretically push 400 or so
@@billjohnsonseattle yeah and they're good cars, almost comparable to an American muscle sedan. The Charger has about 305hp with higher trim options.
They have the tlx Aspec 2.0 which is basically a better accord just a bit slower since heavier but better or get the type s
how much does something like this cost to do ?
Nice wheels, nice car. I wish they sold that Accord in the UK. Always liked the std wheels. I have a 2012 2.4 model but can't find anyone who specialises in enhancements. They all seem to go us on recent Civics. Anyone offer any advice for the UK?
Same problem here in Germany. Got a 2010 Accord. Only things you can really do is lowering it and get a Flashpro. Supercharger would be nice, but it's expensive. And our K24Z3 Head is shit. It's really prone to knocking.
We wish to get some of the cool Honda models from the UK as well 👍🏼
Just a question what is that he puts at 4:56 and what purpose it solves? Can anybody help
Wow that looks amazing! What is the wheel size and offsets?
Front 20x9 +38 and Rear 20x10.5 +45
The rims are ok but I would choose a stronger look or just use the stock rims
.75/1.75 oz weights? Spin tire 180deg
Staggered on fwd?
Why RS-R and not H&R, Eibach etc..? Never heard of this brand for springs.
Do you need adjustable control arm endlinks if you’re lowering with springs?
That would help
Those are sic wheels. Thats craaaaazy he didnt get wheel locks.
Wonder what they decided on exhuast system
How low it is . Is perfect .
Thank you all. Specially the guy with 'Water' can :) !!!
Thank you too!
Awesome. Loving the attention to detail.
Thank you! Cheers!
How’s the ride??
Can I get a ball park on the price of parts and work?
Where can I get pictured to better see the fitment I want to do this drop and also get some wheels but I don’t know what size is best. Any recommendations?
Do you have the same generation Honda Accord?
Same here! Not sure what would be a great fitment
Yes 10th gen 2.0t
Where are you guys located at?
Also needs a giant wing
No
Cool builds ! Anything we could sponsor ? PM ❤
Wouldn’t you want the bigger tire in the front? Best way to improve handling on a fwd vehicle is to reduce rear traction. Smaller rear tire and stiffer rear sway bar. Looks before performance I guess
Wonder how much this build actually cost🤔
How much of a drop was it? I want something for daily driving just like this!
1.2" on all 4 corners
Staggered fitment on a FWD vehicle?
Why not?!
@@XMON888 Because there is no advantage to stagger on a FWD car unless the wider wheels are in front.
@@salimrandall lmaoo yeah that the point of a staggered fitment lmaoo. the wider wheels are where the power is getting put down. lmaoo u smart 😭😭
@@samuelbickel3851 But this car is FWD with staggered larger wheels in the rear. I thought there might be an explanation.
@@salimrandall there isn’t one…..I’ve been a Honda guy since forever and it’s completely stupid to me, but I think people just like the staggered look in general regardless of what vehicle it’s on.
20s look good but the lack of sufficient concave in the rear just isn't a selling point for me. Question: If you used 19s instead would you be able to attain more concave in the rear. I am a huge fan of those Vossen and considering those for my 2019 Touring 2.0.
The width of the wheel is what gives the concave look
Not sure what you mean by concave
i would get 18 with a nice tire with sidewalls
Where are you located
TSW Sebring in black.
Not a fan of Vossen wheels but to each their own, the oem wheels are nicer in my opinion. Some Volks on there would have been nice however.
Fair enough
Always been a fan of spoked rims. But I can see where some would not like it. Stock rims are nice compared to others. The 2021-2022 Accord Touring 2.0t come with what looks like aftermarket rims, which I am liking better then then the 2018-2020 Touring rims.
i agree
I agree
Oem wheels look ugly riced out
How's the ride with the rsr down springs?
Rides great
Will the lowering void the warranty on the suspension?
Yes since it’s an alteration to the oem suspension
Can the 2.0 RSR down spring fits the 1.5?
Yes
Какие параметры у этих колес?
What's the percentage of the window tints?
20% all around
I want this exact wheel and look on my Accord. Anybody know the offset on these wheels?
Makes me miss my red baby more😢
Hey guys did the turbo model with a manual have an lsd?
No
Honda looks great but I'm feeling some kinda way when I see Jonathan working on Honda's with a Acura work shirt on 🤪
Haha!!
What's the offset on the back n front
20x9 +38 and 20x10.5 +45
Where is this shop located
South Florida
Where are the updates on this ?
She lived happily ever after
Fucking bloody 🔥
Where are you located??
South Florida
Where are you located
I wish I could afford to just do a tune job
Mike said 2019 but the title says 2018?
Ha
lol, staggered whees on a front drive car?
Aftermarket springs on stock shocks.. RIP ride quality 🤣 Looks good at least
Not at all, vehicle rode great
It’s a front wheel drive.
Wish you weighed the wheels 😁
Do any of these mods void factory warranty?
It is possible
I am not a racing car guru, but why would anyone spend so much on wheels and tires without upgrading break system. Like bigger disks and calipers? Isn't the goal to performance? I have a 2018 and the stock breaking at 120mph sucks, (tested on some Mexican road of course 😉)
It looks sick, tho but I would've upgraded those components first. Or upgraded the entire exhaust system, unless owner doesn't want to be laud.
The last thing front drivers need is more understeer. Really dumb.
Staggered fitment is useless on a front wheel drive car
If you buy a 2021 and up 2.0,you get the type r engine it in.
2018 and up all have de-tuned type r engines....all of them are k20c4...type r is k20c1
@@illwill610 for the 2.0 they released the type r engine non vetech for the 20-22,before that it was vetch turbo. 22 is the last year you can get a 2.0 accord,Honda is discounting the 2.0. now they will only be 1.5 hybrid or 1.5 non hybrid.
@@Juiicyyy 2018 to 2022 Accord 2.0s all have Vtec...and yes I know the 2023 will b 1.5
