Of course, nothing was said about detective Gaither if there was it most certainly would’ve dismissed the case. So it looks like the judge is just gonna pretend she didn’t hear it.
Defense might be holding that for their case. Let the state expose their mishaps just to blow it out the water

Katt did you see the other letter that was written to Judge Whittaker by Black Law Student? It was written and received last week. He has it on his page to print sign & send! I believe Judge Whittaker has probably received a fair amount of the letters already. It would be great to spread the word so as many people as possible can send letter, address is on his channel also..

What happened with Lil D attorney
The state is holding Quinn so they have access to him Or to obtain a Declaration before imminent death from him . This declaration usually is not rebuttal if declarant can be shown to be aware of the immensity of their death - similar to a dying admission.

@@mizz2ts86 the his attorney- today in court- he further said that he would not survive in jail because of his illness. I doubt any of it is untrue - there are alternatives other than jail in this case .
@@csg5199Oh ok… I gotcha… I thought he had an incident in jail or something. I heard his lawyer say that…. I agree. He definitely should have never been arrested with his condition, I don’t think anyone with his condition would survive in jail🤷🏽♀️. The state was wrong for that in my opinion.
