Classic ALCO rattle, Australian version of WDG3A is the DL541 "45" class and "600" class, just about all of them scrapped. Great location, Cumquat tree with fruits looks good.

Nice. That appears to be a maintenance of way and track inspection train. The various cars full of tools and parts and the passenger cars for the work crew gives it away. The NYC subway system has similar work trains running all over the system.
