Very nice ideas. Thank you. But that book idea has insane amount of competition. To reach that 1.5 crore level, they would've spent a lot on advertising. Unless you have some deep pockets, you can't expect that figure....but, yes, children's book publishing is still a good B2C market and its a full time job.
If everybody can do everything then who will be the buyer and how will the lucky one become rich.
Everyone want to become rich by doing nothing.
Most of our graduates are not skilled enough to adapt to market requirements and demands.

Yes you can buy digital property in India n earn rental income for 10 years. Example: If you buy property worth 10,00000 your monthly rental will be 33,600 for 10 years
All the business models are very nice to tell stories. In ind Air bnb will not be a sucessfull model.

nothing special. he also didn't earn that after straight from college. I also make 7 figure income on side but that doesn't mean I am some genius. It's fairly easy to do that considering if you have initial capital to invest from and he had it.

@Akshat Shrivastava, Nice concepts. Can you please also make a detail video on book writing for amazon publishing. I am sure you cant just write a book in word and just publish it. You need a proper software which can generate output for epub and paperback, then cover design, then how exactly you decide and manage book size, cover size and cover side size and design.

For the sake of making money just imagine the kids being raised by listening or reading to Pancnhtantra stories written by ChatGPT? Not sure which parent will buy such books . By reading these ChatGPT written Panchtantra stories the children will loose their thinking power and become more robotic. The Panchtantra stories will loose their charm. I think the real business would be to make a software to identify such books written by Chagpt. We need books written by real writers not AI. I would not be surprised if people is future start demanding labels on books or other items like “ No AI or ChatGPT was used in producing this book”. ( just like how Vegetarian people look for the “ Veg” symbol on the product). Same goes for LinkedIn post. Don’t be surprised if people start questioning in the comment of the LinkedIn posts whether it’s a real post or the one written by AI.
1 - Its clear that you have never read any Panchatantra story. It is a collection of important life lessons in the form of stories. Children have nothing to lose and much to gain from these life lesson stories.
2 - There are plenty of tools to identify AI generated content. And guess what, they make far less money than AI tools that generate content.
3 - Sorry to say but your comment reeks of religious bias. I am quite sure if the books were based on Quran or Islamic scriptures/myths your comment would be different. If this is not the case and I am wrong, make sure you clearly state so.

Great idea on the book selling. One part I felt missing. You talked about creating the book digitally and then gave example of that author who was selling books in Bengaluru. There is the book printing part too. The book need to be printed out using a professional book printing service. Is there any online service available for that?.. Also to sell in Amazon what is the process to be followed?

It's 100% a full time business and definitely not easy, source: staying opposite to someone who's doing it full time for 10 years now. He spends hours till night as well to fix to get more customers.
