Could you do an interactive video with breathing exercises and light movements that you can do whilst laying down? I’m happy to say that your breathing exercises get me through a lot of things but I just wish they were longer 😊

Not to worry! We focus on specific components of exams based on complaints. Sometimes the exams in these videos are much more thorough than required!
