    I have just purchased front and back deflectors for nissan quashqai. Front was easy enough but back ones are more troublesome. Is there an easy way to fit them? I've got metal fixers so not sure if they are making fitting more difficult.

    I have just fitted some to a 21 plate focus. Right at the bottom by the wing mirror the deflector has a lip resting on the rubber on the outside. Is that right?

    Have wind deflectors installed with clips. Now, I want to install door/window pillars. Can I just remove the pins or do I have to remove the entire wind deflectors?

    I've bought the window deflectors for a nissan xtrail ntec 2013 the clips seem to long will not fit into channel used deflectors on other cars no issues should I just use double sided tape to retain deflectors or are clips wrong

    These have damaged and changed the seal shape. Will heat cause it to go back to normal?

  • @richardelliott5752

    The front ones fit ok but the back ones have half an inch play on the left and right-hand side of them and will not stay in the frame

    Your voucher code doesn't work by the way. No idea why, it's well within the valid dates?

    Do all cars need the clips? Mine feel very secure without them. Are the clips made to make it more secure

    • @stfuplsok
      @stfuplsok 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes and also to make the window easily/smoothly slot into its place. but if you feel it is very secure like yours as stated, then no need to use them. just make/keep life easy and simple.

    Do the metal clips mark tinted or the widows themselves?

    • @l.3983
      @l.3983 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The tint got scratched off one of mine from the clip :(

    • @dr.itzagannaknak2232
      @dr.itzagannaknak2232 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You have to be careful when using the clips for that reason, although through past experience I tried mine without the clips just the stickers and so far its been sufficient...they've been in since the beginning of may.
      If you give it a try just make sure you leave your windows closed for 24hrs or more, it may work without the clips.

    How does the interior sound after installation? Is there increases noise because the clips essentially compromised the seal? Great instruction, thanks

    • @MicksGarage1
      @MicksGarage1  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Wind noise is dramatically reduced if you have the windows open while driving on a motorway once wind deflectors have been fitted. Inside the car, we noticed no difference of note in sound, the real bonus is when the window is open.
