So this is why IRyS debuted alone. Okay, I'm beginning to see a pattern: IRyS is the harbinger of hope, but ultimately it has been decided by this "Chaos Council" that her arrival was insufficient to stave off humanity's despair. Thus five other harbingers have been dispatched. Basically this is hololive's apocalypse myth and I'm here for it.
EDIT: Take this as you will but I think I see the design theme. From left to right: Nature (holding an apple, twigs in hair), Space (holding an astrolabe), Chaos (asymmetrical design), Time (holding weapons that resemble the arms of a clock), and Knowledge/Information.
This is Type-Moon-like deep lore right here, and I love it

My theory on the representations, from left to right :
1. Obviously Nature. Looks like an evergreen, has antlers, and even has a little animal dude!
2. Looks quite symmetrical and tidy. Pretty sure it's Civilisation (see edit)
3. Conversely, this one seems wild! Perhaps Chaos
4. It's quite clear that it's Time. Even has clock hands on their hands!
5. Last one is kinda difficult. Luckily, Ollie has stated that one of them is Space! And by process of elimination, we have the 5th member

You can see at 1:29/1:30 the colors of the trails that eventually lead up to the 5 characters which go green -> white/silver -> red -> blue -> peach/light orange color.
1. Like you said looks like nature plus it pairs up with the green!
2. It has the tiniest little spiral on top of their head and it kinda reminds me of a galaxy, so I think this one might be space?
3. This one is red and looks chaotic, so probably chaos lol
4. The clock hands you pointed out so I'm 100% certain this is time.
5. This one might be civilization? They have a little floaty thing to the left of them with what looks like 3 orbiting spheres so that might be space? unless its supposed to be like a little ghost thing
-also quick thing in mind of the colors, at first i had figured that they might be the color of their outfits but i wonder if they correlate with hair color. So 1 has green hair, 2 has white hair, etc etc

Honestly, I do hope gen 2 is still a few ways away. IRyS JUST debut, not much more than a month ago, and now we're getting another gen? I feel like it's going a bit too fast, but I dunno. And they already have the designs made, so it's likely that the people have been chosen and that it's not too far in the future that they'll debut.

Now the lore just got deeper and deeper.
Judging by the order of the colours shown at 1:30 and the order of the silhouettes (see Ame's Twitter for a better picture), here is my prediction on who will primarily be what colour, and what concept I think they will each be:
*Girl with branches in hair holding an apple on far left* - Green (FINALLY! Another Green holo girl after Subaru (who barely uses her green costume anymore)) & Nature
*Pigtail girl just left of center* - White & Space
*Girl with weird leg brace in center who absolutely plays Apex* - Red & Chaos
*Girl I'm totally going to simp for wielding clock hands as swords (or maybe wings) just right of center* - Blue & Time
*Tiny girl with floating book (I think) on far left* - Orange (I THINK??) & Civilization
Well the middle girl's design is actually similar to Milim Nava from tensei slime. She is a pink haired true dragon and controls wrath. So she fits the chaos theme too.
