  • 1 full medium chicken
    1 tbsp each of (chicken bullion paprika, all spice, poultry seasoning, onion - ginger - garlic powder)
    1/2 medium onion
    2 cups of water
    *cook the chicken for 15mins then Airfry or roast
    1 medium white & red onion each
    5 garlic cloves
    4 mini paprika (remove seed)
    1 large red bell pepper (remove seed)
    1 tbsp oil
    *roast at 300f for 15mins
    2cups of peanut & 1 tbsp water (blend with roasted aromatics)
    1 ltr palm fruit (aka - Banga/Akwu)
    Blended peanut paste
    2 cups Chicken stock
    Add 1 cup water in the jar used in blending the peanut
    1 tbsp Maggi Star bullion
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp all purpose seasoning
    2 tbsp crayfish
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1 mini zuchini
    1 medium egg plant
    2 medium carrots
