@@MrRobeStern64 Not what happens at all. This is not a last of us 2 situation. Since you clearly don't care about spoilers here it is. Vahram is the son of Darius, King of Kings. Meaning he is the true prince. Immediately after this boss fight you are shown how the current queen murders Darius. But since you are looking for a reason to dislike this genuinely original ubisoft game, i won't stop you from missing out.

My fight was completely different then this. I didn't die but he also finished me with this crazy Ninja Storm type move

so he's a boss we are supposed to lose against? I wonder if we can actually beat him though
This is still in the beginning of the game, so yeah, we might beat him eventually, but not now.
@@basilofgoodwishes4138 I meant like in some games like Sekiro, you have a near impossible boss battle right at the beginning but it is indeed possible to beat them if you are skillful enough (although the conclusion is same and you end up losing in the subsequent cutscene)
@@ole8919I am aware of such boss fights. We might deplete his Health bar, but I bet the battle plays out thr same. Still, he looks rather tough, might be the coolest way to get a game over here.

Had to come watch this on TH-cam because my entire scene in this game bugged out fucking hard. I’m actually really enjoying this game but there are some serious bugs. Guess unpolished is to be expected by Ubisoft

I had the upgraded swords before hitting this fight and I got him down below half, so I think it’s very possible to beat him tho I wonder if it just triggers the cutscene earlier.
Yes, even I had hit him and his power was even below 10% but somehow I don't know cutscene triggered and skipped automatically and I found myself in that green pit
How is vahram is immortal if he died at the end, then u cant callypurself an immortal unless,The Director brings u back to life.
He gave away his essence to undo the curse and no the version that is alive is a younger, uncorrupted Vahram, so he is still alive.
Katana guy in the ancient Persia - wtf?
Not a katana he's using but a shamshir (Persian sword, I think) whose curvature allows unsheathing slashes much like a katana. Also, Vahram's sword looks like a shaksha, a Russian saber.
I'm always on the lookout for Iaido/Iaijutsu & Battoujutsu across all forms of media so this is another welcome addition.
