Chase is quite the versatile singer. She nailed the Mama Cass sound now got the Ronstadt vibe. Need to do some more of that. Kudos to the harmony singers and Darwyn continues his quest to be the oldest rock star. Good job by all.

Linda "would be" proud?? She's still very much with us, you know. She was 78 five weeks ago', and her Parkinsons is well-controlled. It doesn't allow her to sing up to her own standards, but she's otherwise in "pretty good shape for the shape she's in."

@@Buddy308 They've heard from quite a few original artists. Leland Sklar follows F&Fs music, Im sure he played bass for Linda sometime. He has credits on like 2500 albums.

Perfect song for Chase's POWER voice - amazing. She gave it the passion and power the song requires.

I first discovered F&F when my wife was diagnosed with ALS. It's hard to explain how much your music helped me deal with such difficult times. But it did. I just want to say thank you and you now have a life long fan.

@@bridgemancarney4967 Confess that I'm in the minority here, but she always sounds forced to me, no emotional range, even some notes sound flat. Does not move me. Doesn't help that Linda is an impossible act to follow.

Not trying to be a smart ass here but this song was written by Clint Ballard jnr and was recorded by a few artists in the 60's before Linda Ronstadt did it. Obviously F & F have cribbed the LR arrangement as its the one we are most familiar with. And as usual they've done a great job.

All I can say from being on the other side of this playing it in a cover band, is this song is SO MUCH HARDER than these guys make it look. OUTSTANDING!
In this case, "You're No Good" is so good, it's spectacular. I think we are all mesmerized to see the Fossils age and how the Foxes came of age, including witnessing Chase's sensational turn fronting the tightest backing band anywhere!

When this song was playing the intro I was praying and saying out loud "Oh God please let it be Chase on the lead". Linda is proud of all of you. I literally wept through the entire song.
