We are always looking for places on nightshift to get a coffee or something to eat. The only place that is open is McDonald’s. This place would do awesome here!

I like how the cake ones are smaller; cake donuts are typically very rich and hard to finish for me, even though they're my favorite. That apple fritter looks so crispy!

I wonder why the only mix inns that you ever see inside a cake doughnut are blueberries when there could easily be other verities that include things like chocolate chips and nuts .
I wonder if other berries are wetter.

It's a shame the chocolate and filled weren't better. They would have been my choices to try. Funny, though you mention the auto plant! My brother visited the Toyota plant for his research (he does research on the auto industry all over the world, that nutty guy!). I used to have a night job years ago when I lived in Knoxville, and I would get home and go to sleep just before the sun rose. Then I would get up late in the afternoon to eat and get ready and the sun was setting. I basically never saw the sun! My circadian rhythm has never really recovered and that was about 12 years ago! I still am so much livelier at night and can stay up all night and my fave time to sleep is early morning. It is so weird!

I wonder why none of them have Bismarks when I worked at a bakery we had people order them from other countries different states. They were good tell I was told what the top of the frosting was it was old donuts that were grinned.
I can’t say that we have seen them, but besides the Apple fritter, we primarily look for donuts.

I've heard you and Kevin mention caramel donuts, are those a Kentucky staple? I've never seen one anywhere! Maple glazed is always on the menu, but I've never seen caramel
I might be wrong, but caramel vs maple is a regional thing. Maple flavoring in Northeast where maple syrup is from and caramel flavor in the South where the sugar cane was.
Every time I see the color, the first thing I think of is caramel. I WISH it was caramel 😁
