Puff Pastry Plum Pockets
Ingredients:
• 6-8 plums
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 6 teaspoons semolina
• 1 package of fresh puff pastry (275 g)
• 1 egg
• Powdered sugar
• Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
