My Covid-19 Experience

Hey Guys
Sorry I have not been around for a while. This video explains why. Yes, I have officially been affected by Covid-19, and what a crazy ride it have been.
That said my message is, 'It is not the end of the world, it does not mean you're going to die.' What it does do is give you time to re-evaluate the the value of the people in your life who love you and visa versa. It also allows one to take a moment and be silent. So critical.
My personal experience was not that bad physically but affected me on a psychological plane...Phew, the mental struggle of losing my Gran and not understanding what was happening, being stuck in a room for just over two weeks and not being able to enjoy the outdoors, see the garden or feel the sun on my skin, the wind on my skin, etc. That got to me.
Thanks to all of you who reached out and to those who sent, prayers, well wishes, your calls and messages. Thanks, and Will thanks for taking care of me. My Dad is officially out of Hospital and save my Gran, everyone is healed and is doing just great. It can always be worse, don't dwell on how crappy something is. Try not to.
I don't really know what else to say. Below is a link to the episode for the medicinal tea which SERIOUSLY HELPED ME NOTICABLY what I will say is remember these are wild plants with some serious properties. Consult your medical practioner before attempting to use natural remedies.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother, and thank you for talking about it. The world is getting too relaxed and tired with wearing masks and social distancing, forgetting that at the moment the numbers are rising again :/
