Thanks for uploading this - I remember seeing this parade with my family while vacationing in Orlando. At the time, I remember having the impression that the guy in the Donald suit was a very old man - like he could have been the original actor to voice Donald Duck's character in the cartoons. That said, the parade was one of my favorite experiences at Disney World. At the time, Thunder Road and Space Mountain were the best rides at Disney, and generally the Six Flags theme parks provided more excitement for kids my age.
Fabulous video, many thanks for uploading it. I watched it with my younger brother, my son (who was then 9 and is now 44) and my Mum & Dad who have passed away. It brings back such great memories to show the whole parade from beginning to end - I had a video camera and captured bits of it but to see the whole parade like this is wonderful. When I posted my effort (years ago), a guy called Geoff Tilsen who had been one of the dancers in the parade dressed in blue and white, spotted himself and contacted me. I was trying to spot him in that video, he might be the guy carrying the 'D' sign in 'DUCK' but it's not clear enough. He has sadly since passed away.
1. Man, so many characters you don't see in the park anymore. 2. Those ducks in the cart must've been given some good Valium or else could you imagine the feathers flying lol

My high school band marched in this parade. Not sure if they had several or just the one. Dorman High School in Roebuck SC - We were then in Spartanburg as they have built a newer school. Do you have anymore videos of this?

Yes Walt Disney World is where I saw this Parade in The Summer of 1984.
Its soon Donald Ducks 90th birthday. And I'm excited!
