    Velocity banking has transformed and accelerated our financial goals. We paid off 1 rental property and tons of student loans using Velocity Banking.

    Talking about owning it!!!!! This lady and Tai should be in charge of government budgeting. We would live in Wakanda. Awesome couple. They're raising three kids stress free!!!! Plus the kids of his and her money..... Kudos to all of you. You're amazing role models.

    This is almost exactly what is going on with us. We did this with our car debt, credit cards and 2nd mortgage. Officially have applied the entire mortgage to it at 3%. Set it and forget it.

    Came across Velocity Banking strategy in early 2020 and its been a blessing. Powerful tool for any debt pay down or off, if implemented properly. 👌

    Denzel Napoleon Rodriguez TH-cam videos are great educational info on velocity banking.
    I've been using Velocity Banking using a personal line of credit and it works!!!! I didn't want to risk losing my house or having the HELOC freeze if housing market dropped, so I didn't choose a heloc

    I'm glad they were able to be influence by Dave but still took it a step further implementing the same concept into a more powerful strategy. If y'all know Dave y'all know he's old fashion, he's not a big fan of Helocs or Velocity banking.

    Tai, you have an awesome understanding of HELOC this is the first time, I truly understood the in-and-outs of a HELOC. I appreciate Talaat saying that it takes strategy and discipline. Tai, I appreciate the explanation, because who knew that after 10 years, you could no longer withdraw. That tidbit of information is helpful. Also, learning that there's is a difference between line of credit and HELOC mortgage this piece of information is not shared. Tai, you are a great interviewer you pull that information out well. Thank you for this video and the sharing of the information.

    Great interview ...glad her husband was able to get on board with the plan ..now they both benefit ....
    CONGRATULATIONS to them ..what a wonderful story ...yes!!! I think it would be great if more people thought like that ...I don't own a home however if I did I would.want to do this ...paying a mortgage for 30years + is a life sentence.
    They remind me of the YT couple "Living Tiny With The Bushes".....the wife is also Haitian ......
    Thank you for another amazing interview

    How can someone open and velocity account?

    • @dvaughnpd
      @dvaughnpd 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The concept is. Called Velocity Banking. You need to know your numbers such as income expenses debts and cash flow once you know these numbers you will obtain a debt weapon such as a personal line of credit HELOC 0 percent interest credit card etc you will learn the appropriate number to attack the debt with large chunks and once you pay back the chunk just repeat the process until all your debt has been paid. The key is knowing your and using the best tools and staying laser focused on your plan

    If you’re saving money in a bank, you’re losing money.
    Money that isn’t earning interest above inflation is dead money.
    What’s next after you become debt free?
