Hey Guys just got mine, but why are we missing the angry mouthpiece? I see videos where QS019 has an angry mouth, but it wasn't included , its even shown in the included instructions on page 3. The figure is awesome but I need that angry mouthpiece for the Fury pose.
I picked this up yesterday and I was glad to see your review. I couldn’t wait till next year as well. The only thing i really wanted was that diorama base it looks amazing with Raaz al ghul and Bain! I couldn’t find the 1/4th in Uk for preorder so had to settle for this one( albeit still great figure).
Great review, man! This was the first 1/4 I got. Now I have him, the 1/4 Begins by Hot Toys, a 1/4 custom Heath Joker and the 1/4 BD Terminator by enterbay. I use to say that the 1/4 figures by hot toys are “the greatest things in the collecting world”. I can 110% guarantee you won’t regret going this Rabbit hole for a few reasons: 1 - they are not just the 1/6 made bigger. They are way (WAY!) more detailed. 2 - even they demanding space, there is not a lot out in the market, so it’s not a concern. 3 - on this specific figure you have there, we got the BEST Christian Bale headsculpt ever made, in any scale, by any company. Seriously: even being a few years old, it’s FAR superior than the 1/3 by Queen Studios and Prime 1. 4 - you talked about Vader? Even a hardcore statue collector here on YT that doesn’t like HT or articulated figures said it’s the best Vader in the market. Unfortunately, the only exception is the Joker. The head was not that great, so I went for the custom area (very expensive, but it’s my favorite villain...) Btw: when you get your first Iron Man in 1/4, I can bet a trillion dollars that you will NEVER want to get out of this scale hahaha Ps: I love your channel and your positive way ☺️ Cheers!
Thanks for the kind words! He def is a special figure! I do think I will hold onto him the more time I spend with it! I would love to get the 1/4 Vader some day for sure! I don’t have a lot of space and the Moducases I ordered are especially made for the 1/6 size so I’m just worried about getting more and having them sit around all over the place haha. Either way, I’m happy with this guy. I have him posed on my desk so I see it all the time!😊
Sadly.... you did not placced him next to the Hot toys 1/6 scale to see the differences... It will be difficult to stand this figure with the 1/6 thumbler do, no 1/4 thumbler and it would probably be too large...
Awesome video as always, any chance u can make a video of the oldest Hot Toys in your collection? Like the ones that were released way back in 2010 or earlier if any, and to show how are the parts / materials holding up? Please 😊

Bought this many, many years ago and ordered the reissue last year. I'm hoping they do a proper, screen accurate cape and better mouth plates..

This is still such a solid figure! But yeah that base is what sells the new reissue!

Yes it wouldn’t look right displaying him next to 1/6 tumbler since he’s so big.

You use a pen cap to jam the ends into the shoulder holes, where the original cape goes in.
@@thejediknightswatch the original cape sits in with a clip right, how does the custom cape stay in if nothing is holding it in? is it secure enough?
