The gloss on the costume doesn’t bother me (I own the HT 1:4). I like the fact that it’s more articulable than the original and the Bruce Wayne sculpt from the DX19 is better than the original.
@@MRCcollectionventures I used to own HT MMS155 Batsuit Begins before I sold it. It was great for its time some 11 years ago, but the new Bruce Wayne sculpt looks similar to the one from the DX19, which totally blows away the original.

Looks great? Have you seen the movie? This is inaccurate as hell. The suit is supposed to be matte, not glossy. The cape is horrible and not anything like in the movie. And where the hell is the grapnel gun? Just horrible product from Hot Toys.

glad they made some articulation advancements as the older versions were statues really due to rubber suit, I think the Batman Forever Val Kilmer and Robin have same issue. The cape is still horrible though!
Your awesome lighting made this figure look decent and better than the videos that came out earlier but still not that accurate to the suit in the film from what I can tell.

Bro… that’s a tough decision if i am going to stop buying hottoys over statues i want to collect a full line of one series.. let’s say the full batman samurai series by xm that one and display it nicely cozy look kind of minimalistic but artistic at the same time. however i miss that first released so kind ugh expensive now.. maybe just get 10 favorite hottoys display it on one place probably your room then outside living room are the statue boom🍻 hopefully i could do that haha!

I understand bro… it’s not 100% accurat but still a little bit of resemblance from the movie.. what we pay for a mass produce is not bad check the prices of those custom figures made by great artist its freakin expensive i mean with that headsculpt and great articulations material haha dude? Check the price of the replica of his batsuit 😂 probably if no articulation no accesories not movable then super accurate i think same price or more probably..

This figure is falls some way short of those standards, and is arguably inferior to the MMS155 that came out a long time ago. When you see how close the likes of the DX08, DX09, Jack Sparrow, Yondu, BD Robocop ..... are to their onscreen counterparts, this looks like a sloppy caricature in comparison. For newcomers to the hobby and those who do not seek 85%+ accuracy, this figure will no doubt be great, but for those who have a critical eye, who have grown accustomed to Hot Toys best efforts over the years, and those who have every right to expect he very best of effort for their £300, this is a huge disappointment.
Man... Looks great? It's the most unacceptable inaccurate Batman ever. It should be matte dull, cowl is the same inaccurate pidgeon like as previous releases, bat symbol still wrong, cape still sucks..
Lol. Thanks for the announcement. The cowl isn’t terrible, people just remember it being shorter in the neck cause most of the time Bale was pushing up his shoulder and lowering his head. If you look at screen grabs from when he’s carrying Rachel you’ll notice the proportions match what you see in the HT sculpt.
