- Growing up on a fishing marina in southern New Jersey, I’ve been exposed to all types of boats from large diesel salon, and Xpress style boats to many different types of center consoles and everything in between
I eventually gravitated to the large centers due to their speed and the amount of water that I could cover in a single day
I have a passion for fishing for the Peligic‘s, i love marlin and tuna fishing but one of my favorite fisheries is the striped bass fishery and when the weather turns, the big centers are cold and wet
So my quest for a trailerable Bluewater boat, which seems like an ox moron that could do inshore and offshore duties including spearfishing began ………. And It finished with a stabicraft
After a lot of research, I saw the merit of these aluminum boats, and again I’m no Stranger to aluminum boat and took a big jump and contacted Alex Smith of boat country a Stabicraft dealer in Everett, Washington
I commission a boat to my specs, and after 17 months, my boat arrived in the Pacific Northwest and that’s where this story begins
WOW 🤩 Captain unbelievable build. I love it
That cuts through water like a Katana through butter!
Looks like Paul (owner of Stabi) needs to open up an East Coast shop.
Awesome boat ya have there! enjoy , be safe.
Thank you, sir
Very nice setup! I’m taking delivery of a 2250 wt up here in Alaska in a couple of months. Too bad I probably won’t be able to use it this season
Bad Ass. Perfect description.
sweet ride you have! Can you tell me what size prop and pitch you have?
What a boat. I want one. Mom.
Nice boat I cant decide between a sabicraft or a bar crusher
Great video. I remember the day when I had my 26 ft Pacific built in Marysville Washington. pull up to my driveway in Jacksonville Florida.
I'm sure you'll just get an absolute kick out of all the comments from people on and off the water. mine doesn't look like a spaceship it is an orange. but boy did I have to hear a bunch of dumbass comments. cuz you know in Florida they think God made fiberglass just for boats.
Congrats on your boat joe. Literally recieved mine the same week as you. Im in rhode island, are you still in NJ?
Love the look of that boat and the Colour is awesome, I have just taken delivery of a 2050 with the same stage 1 orange paint, love it. I'm going to name my boat "Orange Kiwi".
I just finished installing a tie bar from my F150XC to my 9.9 HT Kicker motor, looks like yours are not connected, are you going to tie them together?
I just noticed you have the upgraded keel wear strip added, I'm assuming that is not stock on that boat.
Congrats on the new boat yes my kicker has the option via a tie bar to connect
Yes, that was an option that I wanted. You just never know@@davidbarrett7459
I have same boat. My fuel economy isn't as good as that. Do you know what prop your running. Pitch and diameter. Thanks
Why not pilot house? Stunning boat, I see a 2750 for me in near future
I just prefer the central cab look in this boat actually in this configuration has the largest cabin not by much but slightly in this Hall size this was the last centra cab to come in the United States. That was also a factor. Thank you for the kind words. good luck on getting your, sir.
Wonder how it handle hawaiian waters
These boats are built to handle the roaring 40s and in 30knots of wind and a blown up sea will still run at 60kph..and still be a comfy ride
What mpg were you getting in the actual blue water chop?
I’m from the northeast in the state of Delaware, looking to get one day for offshore and near shore fishing, would like to know what mpg’s you were getting in the first clip in the video where you guys were heading out into the lake
This combo is incredibly fuel efficient no matter what I am in from 25 to 35 miles an hour I can get 2.5 to 3.5.
How rich are you dude?
Stay-bee craft not stabbing
300 hahaha
