- Making the best Pancakes NO Baking Power and NO Baking Soda.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup fresh milk
• 2 eggs (separate the whites and yolks)
Yield: 8 - 10 Pancakes
Tips:
If you don't have fresh milk, you can use powdered milk, just add 1 cup water.
Note:
If you are using a NON-STICK PAN, no need to put butter/oil before cooking the pancakes, but if you're using a REGULAR or STAINLESS PAN, you really have to put butter or oil before cooking to avoid the pancakes from sticking to the pan.
Important!!!
Cook the pancakes properly to avoid the egg smell or you can add 1 tsp vanilla if you want to.

This recipe is actually great! It works just fine and it tastes good even if its plain. It was a bit hard to flip and cook, since I couldnt tell when it's ready lol. But thank you. It was a great recipe!

This really helps me a lot. The pancake turned out well. I just add a bit of vanilla extract for the smell. Over all it's was very soft and nice.
