What color goes on window facing out

Either side of the antenna can be placed to the outside. However, if the antenna is to be placed in a window that receives a lot of direct sunlight, we recommend placing the white side facing to the outside.

I live in concrete block apt with concrete garages 30 feet from me. It works until 2 pm. every Sunday then the signal dies. Trying to watch football games tee me off because I can't watch the second half!!!!
