@@jamesroberts1810 Yea agreed. They got blown out of every other Superbowl but this was probably the only year in their history where they were legitimately the best team in the league. Levy, as great as he was, simply got outcoached by Parcells and Belichick. That, plus some bad luck, lead to the one SB loss they've should've won.
My first NFL game ever at age 24. The temperature dropped significantly during the game as thick clouds rolled in off the lake. Bud Carson's last game as Browns' Head Coach. We left early. There were so many Bill's fans there that the stadium still roared when they scored...again, and again, and again. Gotta love the sure hands of Brian Brennan though. Always short sleeves and no gloves.
It's so strange watching these games now - that for old guys like me doesn't seem that long ago, where they don't show the score on the screen. Trust me, I'm NO fan of the constant and annoying incessant crawl at the bottom updating all the statistics for the damn fantasy football ish, but the score is nice to see on the screen these days.
This Bills team was so good, it's a shame they couldn't win the Super Bowl this year.

I think I remember Bud Carson getting fired after this game. I might be wrong though.
