Came here after the ENDING OF NETFLIX'S 2024 "THE BROTHER'S SUN" Limited Series! Anyone else here after that? I haven't listened to this song for good 2 years & after hearing it being used for the most perfect ending of Michelle Yeoh, Justin Chein & Sam Li's Series and w them in last scene w this song, I thought to myself "I'm going to put it BACK ON my Current play list!" and I wanted to watch the videos and add to my "soundtrack " playlist, so after seeing the Video & acoustic video again,(I had seen both many times 3 yrs ago) then this Live Show Concert video came up! I've never seen this one! But I sure do miss hearing and seeing Niki signing her part! She is such a busy artist! She cldn't tour I guess w Brian & Warren!? Well all I can say is that "California" w Brian, Warren and Niki BETTER BE Nominated and Win the MTVs Movie awards in the category "Best Song for Series or Movie Ending!! I mean it! If not I'm not sure if I will want to watch another Award show Again!!? And BTW, WHY HASN'T THIS SONG BEEN NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY YET!? HMMM!? Goodness! Now it better be! At least under the soundtrack category for the Academy!! FR! At any rate, if you can watch Netflix "The Brother's Sun" then do so, or if you dont like those kind of action series then scroll to Episode 8 which is last episode &fast forward to ending to see how this song is used!! Very Cool!! Great Ending! I personally hope Series will be picked up again! ( However the Series Contains Extreme Violence and Graphic Disturbing Images, esp for young or any sensitive viewer! & For some young ppl they cld be impressionable and disillusioned about certain things?!! I wldn't even let my 16 yr old Grandchild watch!) Blessings!!
They are good but just mediocre… others are better! good but not GREAT!…the track is ok… no CHILLS or earthshaking performance!!! Just ok for me!! I’ve been to live shows and concerts that can give me better VOCALS and choreo. good show tough !
