been in LA for 5 years, never thought that it could end in a devastating breakup and a huge disappointment of not being able to find a job after almost a year's searching due to the pandemics. i still dream about the painting-like pinky sky, the palm trees, the food truck, the road trips, the beaches, and the walk down melrose where i could smoke a joint and nobody gives a fuck. although now im grateful for being back to my country with a decent job, i still think about what could have been like if i were still in LA, if i could still live a life as chill as before. I guess those were the years that only existed in my memories now.
