    Hello po! For some reason, pag sinabing sisig, ang misconception po kasi ito ay anything na finely chopped tapos nasa sizzling plate. Pero sa totoo lang po, sa Kapampangan, when you say "sisig" that means "to snack on something SOUR" kaya nga po samin ang tawag diyan e "sisig babi (baboy)" because we douse it in a souring agent which is usually calamansi. Pero when we eat green mangoes with bagoong, because it's sour, we also consider that as "manyisig" or nagsi-sisig / naninisig. :) yun lang po. SKL lol 😂

      HAHAHA as kapampangan na nalagi sa maynila. I think yun lang talaga yung way to promote sisig sa manila. Kase madaming pihikan sa lugar na to eh puta papakainin mo ng atay o lalo pa ng utak ng baboy baka magduduwal duwal mga yon eh hahahaha so magandang alternative yung mayonaise to make it work talaga. Pero no G pa rin sa mayo sa sisig pero wpede na sa mga burgis at nagbuburgis burgisan

    I am glad you are showing so many variations on 1 dish because there are so many that are very scared to make mistake or cannot copy yung dish.
    The more you do it more eperience...
    You only follow recipe if you are in the restaurant BUT if you cooking at home you can be bold as you wish!!!!
    This dish is i think DINAKDAKAN in ilocano we dont use Sizzling dish because we cant afford it!!! Hahahahaahahhaha kuripot!!!!!
