    I'm a culinary graduate and a homecook who cooks everyday and watches a lot of cooking videos and what i really love about Ninong Ry is all the information he is saying are all correct unlike some youtubers na mali mali pinagsasabi. Ninong Ry gives you not just basic knowledge but also important things that are helpful to most of us cooks.

    Ninong Ry is not just a good cook, but also a good teacher at talagang sobrang marami kang matututunan sa kanya especially ung mga taong hilig magluto or nag-aaral ng culinary. May subject akong culinary ngayon and because of you Ninong Ry, i was able to enhance my capability as HM Student. Dati sobrang hilig kong tinitikman ung luto ko, as in hindi ako titigil hangga't hindi ako satisfied kaya minsan nagkukulang, minsan sakto, pero madalas napapasobra na pero dahil sayo natutunan ko na "Mas okay ng kulang kesa sobra" kasi mahirap ng iadjust ang timpla ng pagkaing napasobra na sa lasa. Thank you Ninong for inspiring not just me, but everyone. Late man akong naging fan mo pero proud akong nagkaroon kami ng Ninong na tulad mo ❤️!

    Sana ipagpatuloy niyo lang Ninong Ry yung pag gawa ng mga ganitong educational videos, kahit maraming time sa explanation, maraming matututunan na usually hindi accessible sa average person na hindi umattend ng culinary school nor may time mag research ng mga ganitong bagay. Great content and I hope wag kayong magpa burn out, and play the long game !!
    EDIT: Advise ko lang na i-edit out earlier in the video yung mistake sa amount ng curing salt as it can potentially harm other viewers na hindi naabutan yung edit sa 10:58 mark.

    i like ninong ry's format lately. kapag homemade may lecture na (the science behind how the product is made; optimal make for the item to be palatable) but without losing his "ninong-ness" - hahaha... while doing it.

    nakapanood na ako nung parang ganyan, nagdouble edge hotdog sila. 😄
    yun! salamat naman ninong sa by percentage na recipe. malaking tulong para sa malinaw na recipe. nagtry din ako ninong ry ng sausage nung pasko. kaso mano mano. hindi ko sya napino. naging parang chorizo tuloy. 😆 pero andun na flavor, texture lang talaga medyo off.

    You know what, in the US the American hotdog is a combination of pork, beef and turkey. I know ekrich, oscar mayer, Bar S and i think Ball park brands has that kind of combination. I miss the Purefood brand and swift. There is martin pure food and swift but it is still different. Pork here has a distinct smell, even the beef, only real Japanese wagyu though very expensive really taste good, different from American wagyu. Thank you for sharing the recipe and the breakdown of the different ingredients.

    Sa lahat ng parte ng paggawa ng hotdogs o longganisa isa sa pinaka mahirap pero kapag naka bisado mo na kahit naka pikit kaya mo na ito ang kutsilyo na naka tayo sa ibabaw ng sangkalan gagawin mo ito kapag na itali mo na ang at puputolin mo ang tali sa talim ng kutsilyo mahirap sa una sa talim nito kayang mahiwa o maputol ang daliri mo kung mag kakamali ka laking palengke ako at kabisado ko mag timpla o gumawa ng mga ganyang pagkain 😊

    Nong pa try ng may cheese naman. Yung mga cheesy hotdog. I che check ko lang din if possible na matunay siya or mag solidify even hindi quickmelt ang ginamit mo. Mas maganda kasi if yung texture niya is mukhang solid cheese pero pag dinidiinan mo yu g hotdog nag o ooze haha

    Buti nag-content ka ng ganito, Nong.
    Matagal na ko frustrated sa mga nagbebenta ng luto na Hungarian sausage kuno tapos panay hiwa o slit sa pagkakaluto. Salamat po at pinakita mo Nong na hindi dapat hinihiwaan ang sausages kapag niluluto.
    Maling-mali magluto ng sausage ng ganung may hiwa hiwa. Processed hotdogs lang ginaganun. Huwag niyo gawing hotdog ang mga sausages. Sausages were meant to be juicy. And cooking them with slits makes them lose their juices. It's sacrilege!
    Kung idadahilan niyong hindi maluluto kapag walang slit, hindi kayo marunong magluto ng sausage.
