I work in daycare as well, and yep, we ask ourselves daily in any of our parents discipline their kids! Some of our kids are going to kindergarten in the fall and school is going to be a rude awakening for both the kids and the parents!
I used to teach preschool and we weren’t even allowed to put the kids on time out per licensing rules. If they needed “time away” we had to sit them in a chair with a book or activity 🙄
I did a failed placement in a daycare like this. I couldn't. I barely survived and failed for a reason. I now happily work at a daycare which has common sense.
As one myself, I tell others who like this in the video, that I identify as a "millennial boomer." Hence, I dont have nearly as many millennial friends as I do who are boomers.

My parents would sometimes get popcorn at movies but never doctored it up with extra butter and sprinkled flavoring. I loved it when I first learned about it but then I quickly remembered that it was unhealthy and stopped doing it. My parents didn’t slap me on the wrist for it, they let me figure it out for myself.
