@@myk1_spAbsolutely agree with you. The beauty of the Aero glass and the distinct look makes Windows 7 one of the most beautiful operating systems. The resource usage was much lower, the elegance of the design and rounded corners and so much more. Fast forward to the present day (2023) and what do we get from Microsoft; a bland square boxes in Win10 and oh great some rounded edges at the top in Win11 and that's U.I. progress? I detest Windows 10 and 11 so much that ive now moved over to Mac OS (Catalina) and Linux (EndevourOS). I do have a Windows laptop somewhere just in case I need create a Microsoft Word document. Just wished Microsoft kept Aero and Windows 2000 professional classic theme and simply update the kernel and underpinnings.

@hareshkainth8259 Exactly! Microsoft completely forgot about Themes and now they're useless in 10/11. If they think the "software-as-a-service" business model is good for an operating system, look at how many people complain about the updates. It's repulsive.

I remember the very first time I "touched" Windows 7. I had just built a new computer for a client and they asked for Windows 7 Ultimate. With a brand new copy of it in hands (the client bought it and handed me it to install on their new PC I had just built them) I installed on the new computer and I gotta say... it was love at first click. I skipped Vista and was still running Windows XP on my own computer but that moment when I first saw Windows 7's Desktop with my own eyes for the first and started configuring it and whatnot, that's when I told myself, "I want this OS." After Windows 2000 and XP, this is absolutely the best Windows, so far. I have Windows 10 on my work PC and my clients nowadays also run Windows 10, and the more I use and service Windows 10, the more I hate it. I still run 7 on my main computer and if I could, I'd keep running it as my daily driver forever. Sadly, I can't. :'(

was Windows 7 and the very first operating system I used on my first laptop was Windows 8.1. Unfortunately I was put into placement in October 2015 and was held until May 29, 2016 and was transferred somewhere else, The next placement I was at allowed the use of electronics and that's when I learned about Windows 10, And so my dad bought me a laptop to keep myself entertained and that was my first experience with Windows 10. After being released in December 2016 I was given a relative's computer that had Windows 7 installed on it. Unfortunately in October 2018, That computer had died after trying to upgrade the RAM. Anyways, In November 2018, I got a new computer which I still use to this day. I've been used to Windows 10 and it's very easy to get used to. Anyways, the laptop I use is a Dell Latitude E6540 with an Intel Core i7 processor and I recently upgraded the RAM to 16 Gigs. The laptop was from my dad's workplace since he works on computers a lot and he thought that I would need another laptop. The price for this option of the laptop costs $733.69 with free shipping. The reason for this is because I wish to take my GTA V on the go since the computer I have is a Gaming PC.
