Who designed the steering and Trac bar on this ? cris cross the drag link and the Trac bar and you have a sure fire chance of killing someone from the crazy amount of severe bump steer . Guys that don't know will blow all kinds of smoke about how cool it is , but as you already know the steering is like rolling dice ,you never know what is going to happen
@trucker08020802 must be nice to have that advantage haha, im building an 84 for my first truck doing 7 inches of lift and 38s, but in the future id like to put one up in the air 12 inches and keep it forever. i just picked up a set of axles the 14 bolt ff rear and the dana 60 front end both 4.10 ratio figured i could use them under the big truck

Im lookin at probably 12-15" of lift and want to do it myself for two main reasons 1) i doubt i can afford to pay a custom offroad shop to do it 2) i would love to know that i built it myself (pride thing i guess). I have no experience with lifts, but i can weld and work with metal pretty good..watcha think?

28 inch leafs are custom only, usually max you can buy is 12" with shackles and brackets and you will still be insanely tall
Customsuspension.com will make springs as high as 32" lift. Ride quality...probably stiff
