I clean my seat and my TV tray every time I get on a plane, You always bring purell and napkins or you bring antibacterial wet wipes. You wipe your whole seat down. Once you get all of your luggage put away and then you wipe down your TV tray and then you wipe down the back of the seat in front of you and arm rests on your seat, And then when I get up to leave I wipe down my TV tray again and my arm rests then I exit the aircraft.

@Neo_Sprinkles I do the same. I wipe my area down with wipes and use gloves. I also buy airplane seat covers of Amazon. 2 in a pack. I always tale zinc and will tale a qtip with Vaseline in mu nose. It acts as a "barrier".

You know you can always keep a thing of baby wipes and clean those surfaces if you are really worried. Not really a big deal.
