    I mention this because today I’m going to reveal my 3 favorite, clinically proven herbs that will instantly increase your dopamine levels and thus, improve your energy, mood and desire.
    Now, many people know Dopamine as a “feel good chemical”.
    More specifically, Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood and cognition. Dopamine is involved in motivation, addiction, attention, lust, desire and happiness.
    But the problem here is that as great as you feel with the increase in dopamine, the LESS sensitive your dopamine receptors become and thus, you need MORE “stimulation” to get the same “happiness” or “high”.
    Thus, one reason for “addiction”.
    Unfortunately, dopamine levels decline as we age resulting in decreased mental performance, depression, "drive", energy levels, happiness, Parkinson's disease and accelerated brain aging.

    Great tea extract has small amounts of an amino acid called L-Theanine. You’ll need to drink a LOT of green tea to get the clinical benefits of L-Theanine, so that’s why I just recommend taking L-Theanine by itself.

    Hi Dr. Sam just ordered 3 bottles. I'm fairly young 39 but for some time now I feel I'm forgetting things more often, where I put my keys, certain tasks at work, feel like I have brain fog all the time ect. My diet has been horrible so I'm working on that but my question was what is your take on a keto lifestyle? I have done a lot of research and actually was keto for a few months in the past and lost around 35lbs with exercise but fell back into my bad habits and gained all the weight back over a period of time. So I was wondering if you could make a video and your thoughts on keto long term. because for me the longer I was keto the the harder it was for me to stay keto just because I love carbs. P.S I'm currently taking onnits alpha brain but decided to try your supplement because this video and your formula seems to have more ingredients ( not sure if that's a benefit or not). Thanks Wes

      Hi Wes - This is an excellent topic for me to do a video on because I get asked this a lot. I’ve known about ketogenic diets for 25 years now and have tried it myself. I did it in a different way, in short bursts to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.
      But it’s NOT a long-term life-style diet. It’ll NEVER work long-term.
      Like most diets, it’s a fad that’s coming around again.
      By the way, the current “keto” diets are NOT how the original ketogenic diet was designed. This also includes the Atkin’s diet. I had briefly spoken to Dr. Atkin a long time ago and I mentioned something about this (this was for my professional athletic clients) and he said that they modified it a lot so it’s easier to market.

    It's interesting how you say dopamine levels naturally decrease as we age. I've known many elders who love to laugh and motivate others. I guess it's just part of their personality and not due to their dopamine levels, as much?

      Actually, Yes, you don’t want too much dopamine because it over stimulates. Receptors will also down regulate and over time, will be become less sensitive. This means you need even more dopamine to achieve the same level of stimulation. Thus, you need more in life to bring the same amount of happiness - that’s not good. You shouldn’t over load any ONE ingredient. It’s about balance and that’s why I use the specific amount of this in AlphaViril, along with OTHER ingredients.

      The same. The information pertains the same to someone who has Parkinson’s. In addition to use BodyBrainEnergy, I would also use in 5 grams of L-tyrosine powder (mixed with water), 2-3x daily. It really helps. OF COURSE, legally I need to say “please speak to your doctor before you do anything in this world!” ;-)
