You didn't need to worry, there was no way Lucy was going to hurt him, his teeth were so damned sharp, that she needed to send him a message when he bit down too hard on her!! That was an important part of his training, to know the limits of his biting, and when he would get a response from it. She was clearly loving this, and I can tell it was really good for both of them! Don't underestimate the resiliency of a puppy, or the pain those little needle-teeth can inflict...
