I am SO irritated that I didn't know this phone was coming. I bought an S88 Plus 4 months ago.....😠😠😠😠😠😠 I would have waited for this as I replace my phone every 5 years or more! However, I have nothing bad to say about my phone, which I call "The Brick", after the pet brick Father Jack has in the episode of Father Ted called "Speed 3". I am a large man with big hands, so the size is a benefit to me. In fact my problems with this are more about the position of the buttons, which means the only place to hold it is at the bottom...dumb! My favourite phones ever were the Blackberries: they had the power, lock and volume buttons on the top. Copy that Doogee!!! It is rugged and tough. The electronics work well, though not flawlessly (some Bluetooth issues). The first time I considered the camera poor was at an air-show when all you could see was dots...not aeroplanes. My S88 has 3 cameras and light, but I do not know what the 3rd camera DOES. I cannot find a setting that uses it. The worst feature of my phone is the included phone/contacts software....It can record phone calls, but is awful in every other capacity! Battery...well....a safe 2 days of use! That includes nights listening to radio via BBC Sounds PLUS a White-Noise app. Another reason I am p!$$ed at missing out on 12000mAh...grrrrrrrrrrrr 🤬🤬 The last thing is about the thickness. Getting aftermarket clips to attach is impossible. This is very easy to fix: Chamfer or shape the edges to allow the many clips available (for weedy expensive phones), to grasp it. Please! We can deal with the larger width actually.
All your phones are fancy and stuff, but after 3 phones(S60,S70lite,S96Pro) i have to say that it's totally not worth it. I have waited for the company to improve its quality and endurance, for like 5 years and still there are issues that can literally make your phone useless in less than a year and a half. Never again, even though i tried to make it happen. Sounds more like a divorce or a goodbye letter. That's how much you failed me
