- Egg rolls were one of my favorite snacks as a child. Especially crispy, a bite on the broken, melt-in-your-mouth creamy egg flavor has been a happy childhood memories, the only small regret is that each time you do not eat enough. Sugar 50g
Milk 60ml
Low gluten flour 80g

第一次看到要用奶粉應該比較香吧!那麼粗的棒子很好用。做好的蛋捲要馬上吃完!不然真的會軟掉
不知道問題在哪...起鍋冷掉只有邊邊免強是脆的中間軟趴趴 t_t ! 雖然軟趴趴不過奶油香味好好吃
可能是起锅早了,蛋糊也不能过厚,火候掌握好是关键。熟能生巧,多做几次就有经验了。

试了一下不容易。我的问题是,能卷起来的凉了以后不脆。脆的边上都碎了根本卷不起来。咋办?
你好!出现这两种情况应该都是火候没有掌握好。凉了不脆的原因可能是火候没到就起锅了,还有就是蛋糊摊的不够薄,蛋皮越薄越脆。补救方法就是进烤箱烤一下。后者出现的情况是下手慢了,两面都有焦边马上趁热卷起来,慢几秒自然就成蛋饼了。所有东西都是熟能生巧,多做几次就有经验了。不要气馁,加油💪
