I really appreciate seeing how Silph's youtube skills have improved over time. I just recently went back to watch some of his earlier episodes as a helpful distraction to fall asleep too and the quality of the jokes, video editing/sfx and even just the general pacing or flow of the episodes has noticeably, maybe even vastly, improved.

As you were sweeping through Grimsley, your attack kept on getting lower and lower because of Superpower's secondary effect. It didn't matter this time, but it's something to keep in mind. Earlier in the video as well, you missed a KO due to the attack drop from Superpower that you thought you had calculated for.

Another great run. Lot if powerhouses in this run that it was so entertaining to see a lot of them steam roll through the trainers. Man, it seems no matter what team is used for an Unova run, Marshall is consistently a problem every time.
Darmanitan is stupid good in the Unova games in general so its no surprise it ended up pulling a lot of weight here. Volcarona sweeping Iris single-handedly was also quite nice.

Hey Silph, I love your videos I always wait for the next one, I’m planing to do my own nuzlock; perhaps you could upload more nuzlock videos with sword, shield, scarlet and violet maybe with a few more random Pokémon nuzlocks. Maybe do some videos with a single Pokémon from beginning to end.
Black and white 2 are the best freaking games in all the main series, from the story, to the sound tracks, to the sprites, to the pokemon introduced. You can't change my mind.
Random concept for a challenge video, Use pokemon that can learn moves of the opposite type of the pokemon and make it a nuzlocke. Ex: gyarados using the move flamethrower… and so on and so forth… A creative nuzlocke challenge i know, thank me later.

Not sure if you know, but there's a gentleman in the Nimbasa Pokecenter next to the Desk that gives you 10 red shards. I saw you only had 1 shard when you were talking to the move tutor, so I'm just assuming you either already spent them on Fire Punch or didn't know. Anyways, love the consistent vids and keep on doing what you do Silph.
Dude you should play some Drayano or other vanilla + hacks, of course monotype isn't required there as they are hard enough already! I for one would love to see it. Upvote if you agree.
14:40 Could probably have switched here. Pursuit did 29 DMG with crit so even if you had switched it would only have dealt 58 DMG. To kill you on the switch Zebstrika would have needed to go for pursuit, get a crit and high roll.
Not sure if anyone has commented this before or agrees with me on this but I would love to know the origins of the Pokemon nicknames and what the theme is for each video. I don't know if they ever get mentioned in the comments but maybe it would be cool at the end of the video or at some point to say what the name theme was! What's the church's stance on Ghost types that seem to explicitly be human spirits like Yamask and Phantump? Which pokemon are safe to eat during Lent? All these questions and more will never be answered.

fire types do tend have bad defensive stats but also quite a few resistances, excited to see how this one plays out.

Fun fact: nobody done a B/W playthrough as Alder because all his pokemon are stuck after Clay and near the Elite four
