Looks like she is playing Anniversary Edition - which added several Creation Club content items into the stock game - since they are enabled by default now. Backpack is a great addition to the game for all the loot goblins out there.

There are some things that are not anni like some of these armors we can see.

Survival mode is certainly a good challenge for seasoned RPG vets or OG Skyrim players returning to the game and want an extra challenge, but not recommended for first-time players for sure - especially if you are streaming your play-through.
So many new players to Skyrim I love it. Love Cat. also lol.

Not the worse intro I've seen. I watched one first timer commit a crime and that's how she "fast traveled" to and discovered Whiterun. Edit - so did you - LOL. Nice way to establish relations with the guards.

Especially early game, I like to keep all enchanted items until I have had a chance to dis-enchant them first, then sell any items I don't want.

Yeah, my first play-through, I could not figure out looking at the claw so I basically brute-forced the puzzle. LOL
it's bothering me so much that it takes a moment for inventory to open, like that shouldn't happen...i hope someone has fixed it for her and she can enjoy a smoother gameplay!

A bit late to point this out but you have some kind of graphical glitch with your parallax textures in the game, making the ground look weirdly fuzzy. It's usually an issue with your ENB Parallax settings or it could mean that you're running out of VRAM to render it correctly
It's better to kill that bear because you can get his ingredients and combine them to make potions other quest are really tough
1:27:34 don't be a thief because the soldier will kill you even if you go to whiterun
What skyrim edition your playing looks like your game is really cool in anniversary edition there s lot of quest

Well, I know people who played Skyrim for the first time and had mods installed. And if I am being honest it just looks like she chose the most popular and generic ones from Nexus. Like Immersive Armors, retexture 2020, ELFX, SkyUI and USSEP
press tilda. (left of 1 on the keyboard) .... type player.modav carryweight 20000 ......... this will resolve the issue of carry weight and tedium.

Or your companion can carry an unlimited amount IF you ask them the right way. Don't TRADE with them, instead drop the items and ask them to do something for you, then click on the dropped items and they will pick them up and carry an unlimited amount.
