Thanks for being so honest! I'm 47 now and I have nasolabial folds and 11s also and yes it sucks. I wish we had all these devices when I was a bit younger.....you'll age beautifully you have nothing to worry about.

I've just got to say that Botox isn't only preventative! I had really deep 11's from squinting (due to bad eyesight) - they were permanent lines in my skin - but botox has made the area totally smooth again. Im 45 and had it for the first time at Xmas, so never too late 😊

OMG, T, looking at your old posts, I thought that later you had cheek implants, but I did not take into account that changing your nose accentuated your natural cheekbones, a win-win situation. I am always interested in how changing one thing affects other things cosmetically. I don’t think people take this into account enough. Anyway, you have a beautiful, unique face, chiseled but rounded at the same time. ❤

I have the same exact aging issue on the sides of my mouth as you have. I had a lower face lift at 50 and they said it probably wouldn't help that particular issue much which it didn't...but they did put a little bit of filler in my upper high cheek bone area later which lifts the whole face and helped that area for me.

Dear Tamara, amazing vlog, long waited ❤❤❤ by the way, we use castor oil for hair growth, its' amazing during hair thinning, you have to apply it to hair for several hours, put dry towel above for warmth and then wash it, if castor oil somehow applies to your skin, hair will grow on that place :)

I have a suggestion for you regarding the LED mask. While I also have a rigid LED device similar to yours, for travelling I use a flat, flexible one like Omnilux (Current Body also has one)., It;'s lightweight and because its flat, its easy to pack in a carry-on. Sometimes after long flights, a 20 minute session really helps my skin to look rested.

I have to get my hair coloured every 4 weeks! I’m sure it’s pure white underneath & the grey grows in really fast. I do it in-line with my payday - every4 weeks.

Quick tips for cooking. Salads from all over the world are easy to repeat. You can bake in a pot vegs, meat etc: mix all, add spices, oil, turn on the oven, done. Pizza is called homemade when you buy the dough and create your own toppings ;) Freeze leftovers - eat anytime you don't want to cook. And all kinds of cookies are so easy to make!
