@@ilerma78 these boots seem to be nubuk, so the saddle soap is not applicable here. he had to use special shampoo. Nubuk tend to get very whet when cleaned. Normally, when you do this at home, you let them dry for one day, before wearing them again. I am aware that they are limited by time, but I am not sure if the waterproofing treatments added on wet shoe are best on long term (maybe if they are water based perhaps) - he tries to speed up the process, using a hair dryer.
