FAKE TAGS on Infiniti Q50 & Pursuit reaches 120 MPH - Driver unable to maintain control / CRASHES

- Trooper's Report:
On 7/10/2024, I conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 30 East at the 124 mile marker on a silver Infiniti Q50. The vehicle had a
very noticeably altered Arkansas temporary tag with a false expiration date. The vehicle also had extremely dark window tint
and tinted tail light covers. I initiated my lights and the vehicle exited onto the South Service Road at the 124mm. As soon as
the vehicle stopped, it then fled. I pursued the vehicle as it accelerated to reckless speeds and entered back onto Interstate 30
East. The traffic was heavy on I-30 and the driver was driving extremely reckless. He was swerving across all three lanes,
following too closely to vehicles, recklessly passing in dangerous situations.
I pursued the vehicle as safely as I could at speeds
of 110-120mph. I observed the vehicle exit at the 126 and attempt to turn south towards Alexander Road. I then lost sight of the
vehicle. I knew at the speed he was traveling, that he had crashed into the embankment between the service road and
Alexander Road. I then located the vehicle in that location. The driver, Ka'Jsean Gude, surrendered without further incident.
A digital scale was removed from the center console. There was marijuana residue throughout the floorboard, but no
measurable amount was located. The altered temporary tag was removed from the vehicle.
Gude was complaining of a left shoulder injury. He was cleared on scene by Pafford. I then transported Gude to Saline
Memorial Hospital where he was cleared.
Gude was then transported to the Saline County Jail where he was charged with the
following offenses:
-Fleeing
-Reckless Driving
-False Evidence of Title or Registration
-Using or Making Unofficial License Plates
-Speeding
-Careless and Prohibited Driving
-Following Too Closely
-Improper Turn Signal
-No Liability Insurance
-Driving on a Suspended License
-Expired Tags
-Defective/Improper Tail Lamps and Reflectors
-Improper Lane Change
-Driving Vehicle w/Improper Window Tint
-Improper Passing on Right
-Driving Too Fast For Conditions
-Possessing Instrument of Crime
They always have a list of excuses as long as your arm, and NONE of them valid!

“I just got out, I don’t have a license and I have a warrant”. He obviously hasn’t learned to behave and hopefully the judge keeps that in mind at his sentencing.
That episode needs about 30 days in country, 12 months of supervised release , around $750 in fines and loss of DL for 12 months.

But I wasn't scared when I faked the tags, I wasn't scared when I drove on a suspended license, I wasn't scared when I drove with no insurance, I wasn't scared when I got illegal window tint or lights tint, I wasn't scared when I let my tags expire, I wasn't scared when I faked registration information, I wasn't scared when I brought an instrument of crime in my car... I got scared of the cop pulling me over to face the consequences of all these illegal actions, but I wasn't scared of committing all those traffic violations to try to get away with everything. Now I'm scared of being punished for being the multi-offending criminal that I wasn't scared to be.

The Trooper yelling at him "Come here" confused the suspect as he has likely never had a father figure get on him.

He totally screwed that up. You are supposed to pull over and wait for the cop to get out and start walking towards you, then accelerate away. Not while he is still behind the wheel. I'm at a loss for words.

The driver's name is Ka’Jsean Tyrece Gude and, believe it or not, it is NOT misspelled.
I doubt if (ALL) this is ever going to be fixed in our lifetime. It's already been two hundred years.
It's gotten worse. Progressives have their share of the blame but libertarians have contributed this mess as well. As recently as the 50's black communities were iffy but manageable with a bit of 'old fashioned policing' that actually worked on the 'low-time-horizon' citizens. You put a billy club across a black man's hands the moment he steals something and he learns not to steal. You give him a court date instead and by the time it rolls around he's literally forgotten he ever tried to steal something. He can't even associate the punishment with the crime.
Ironically the fight against 'racism' (acknowledgement of racial biological differences) in modern society prevents the recognition of these basic facts, so there can be no effective solution.
Either Trooper Kennedy needs a new car with decent suspension, or the Arkansas roads need fixing? Bouncing around like the patrol car was at high speed is weird.

Honestly I’m far more sympathetic to guys like this than the ones that whine and complain the moment they get out of the car.. they are both bad, but I’d rather someone who acknowledges their mistakes and is sorry (real or feigned).

Idk if his story is true or not..... But my daughter died last year during Brain Surgery, and she came back after 33 minutes of CPR. When some shit like that happens to you, the mental situation that it throws you in is INSANE.... She was placed on Life Support that day and remained on Life Support all that weekend. Now, that next day, my wife and I were involved in a Car Wreck due to my lack of paying attention while driving. Only minor injuries to my wife. I learned a valuable lesson in life. When you go through something heavy like this, DO NOT DRIVE..... It's not Safe for you, anybody in the car with you, or anybody else on the road. I hit a lady from the rear that was by herself. Imagine if she had had kids in that car. That situation would've went wayy different. It wasn't on purpose, and I felt even worse afterward. I wasn't joyriding, I had a good reason to be driving. My wife didn't know where to go, which is why she wasn't driving. Driving emotional or depressed is just as bad, if not worse, than driving Drunk.... I learned that the hard way. Thankfully, I had insurance, and everything was cool. But it don't always work out like that.

What is it that causes some to never make any of the right, legal and moral choices? I'm not criticizing or judging anybody ... its nit my purview ... as many of the rest of you, I watch many if these pursuit videos, and I'm amazed at how msny people seem to never make right choices. Even after this suspect crashed out, once he reached the trooper, he couldn't even find ut in himself to obey the simple command ..... Based on his own comments to the trooper, he apparently had just been released from doing time (in Texas I think), and here in Ark, right back at the very begavior thats going to land him right back to another stretch of incarceration ... with multiple charges.
I guess Ive led a pretty dull or mundane lifestyle. I turned 75 last Jan, and other than a few traffic infractions I've never been in any trouble. I've known others who have ended up serving time, and simply never wanted any part of jail or prison. I guess at this point, I'm puzzled by the fact that some seem to stsrt early in life doing the things that keep them in trouble all of their lives. Doesn't common sense ever enter their thinking?
