The reason why WCW failed was there failure to create compelling storylines and new stars. WCW relied alot on talent that was taken from WWE and alot of those guys were getting past there prime. WWE was making new stars and they weren't.
It failed because Eric couldn't manage the wage bill. It was doing numbers WWE would now kill for when it closed. Too many people on big deals and limited dates, everything else could have been changed i n a week
The outsiders were good but the Steiniers shouldve been Tag champs and how they were spending money sign teams like they signed Brett team him back with Anvil think it wouldve been Hart Foundation vs Steiniers orsign Rock n Roll Express then sign guys for all champions to fight Dream matches
