Fantastic service procedures and checks followed. Except Brio uses Honda Type 2 Coolant, which is silicate,amines and nitrites free. its an phosphated coolant. The castrol radicool heavy duty used is not silicate free. Which can cause water pump seal to disintegrate! Should have used castrol radicool sf O premix, or cci honda radiator liquid (oem coolant) or hyundai blue coolant, gulf eurocool ll max 50,wurth blue etc 2.) the honda throttle body needs to be reset using a scan tool and throttle body relearn procedure followed to bring it to its normal idling rpm of 700. 3) The recommended gap for brio plugs is 1.2 to 1.3 mm!
Thats why its preferred to service at companys service centre only, they have genuine oem parts, follow proper procedure and also their tools and procedure are much better equipped to easily service cars....
Clearly, a few mistakes on which you must improve
1. you are bleeding directly, without using a clear pipe. How do you know the air bubbles have stopped and the bleeding is completed? Also, brake oil is dripping on various painted and coated components which can teardown the paint.
2. Honda cars come filled with hybrid organic acid coolant (blue). The same blue colour coolant is drained from the car. Then you refilled with inorganic acid coolant (green) without full system flush which is really a big mistake. You cannot mix or switch between organic and inorganic coolants without a proper full system flush.
3. What was your reference for the 1mm gap required for spark plug electrods?
Use brake bleeding machine. Its very convenient and doesn't waste brake oil.
