I miss my jeep liberty. I had a lifted Jeep liberty just a simple lift a little bit like yours, but I lost mine to the floods up here in North Carolina. I know I’ll never be able to build another one, but it’s so cool that you built yours it looks good and don’t worry, you’re just working out all the cork
I've been there before, and in the moment it's difficult to accept these issues, but after you get home you're able to take the larger view and realize these are normal shakedown issues that arise with any fresh build. You did a great job staying with it! 👏
Can I just say thanks for sharing your emotions! Hard to do here, but it comes through in an authentic and meaningful way. I tuned in for the wrenching and truly enjoyed the content and your honesty in front of the camera. Well done!
Ya know what's great about this adventure? Even though you had some problems...everyone comes together to help you finish...even (McGyver) Paul. Seeing everyone coming togeter like that restores ones faith in humanity...thank you for bringing that out!
I can't wait for you to get all the bugs shaken out of Liberty Biberty Sheila! She seems to be a wonderful rig! Oh, and you forgot to introduce your co-pilot. She looks familiar, but I forgot the name and relationship to you. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
well guys. from this old Aussies point of view this is still the "hottest" rig in the OnX series.. And i dont mean because of a little fire..lol love your work you guys and well done on the build..
Hollie put 2 Fire Extinguishers and 2 different JB WELDS on your Christmas list for your trail bag.... Quit being hard on yourself it's about the experience and what you learn along the way, great stories too!!
A really good idea for each new build. Fit a directly coupled "momentary" starter switch, in the engine compartment, under the hood, wired DIRECTLY to the Starter Solenoid, on each and every new BUILD, You absolutely WILL use it ! Never do another build without one the Firewall is usually a good place for mounting it. It's just a learning (experience) thing.
Of all the vehicles I have to say yours looks like the neatest package to trailer or park in your garage yet still was capable on all the obstacles. Since it's not over fabricated it looks very intact in the cabin which would make for a extremely comfortable ride. You can fix a lot of the little issues now and have the perfect ride.
It wouldn't be much of a Challenge if it wasn't Challenging! Way to stay positive Holly, or at least kinda positive. Glad to see MischiefMakerTV is back.
Thank you for sharing your experience. What you lived through is what a lot of us do. What you shared will help a lot of people when they experience the same issues. Thanks for not sugar coating it. I love what you do. Say hi to Walter.
It sucked that you had the trouble with the jeep catching on fire but you were able to get it put out with minimal harm to the jeep and got it going again with the help of friends. That's one I've noticed about the wheeling group. Even in competitions everyone seems to pitch in and help each other out when needed.
Don't let the struggles on the trail get you down. Like Hurricane said, that's all part of the adventure whether good or bad and you had all your friends there to help you out. It made for great content and should make for great memories too of how you battled through all the problems to finish the challenge.
6:23 Bleepy...LOL... Sorry for the all Libby issues but Glad you kept a great attitude. Glad you got her back on the trails and got her to SEMA. Go Sheila and Team Holly!!
You are so much more patient than I am... if I had gone through all those problems, the first obstacle I came to after that, I would have pole vaulted my vehicle through it. It would have at least been epic and there would be pieces strewn all over the trail.
Always good to hear others wonder over some of our wordage,,,'cooshtae' gotta love it...I'm just waiting on you telling someone to 'hawdyerweesht' lol... Keep it real Holly,, your a star. 👍 You have been through worse over the times, this trail is just another test of your abilities to remain focused on the positive, regardless of what hits you...Respect for your strong will and determination to finish.
What a great video of your adventure and Paul to the rescue. I liked Layton and his blinged out bread truck. I watched his build, didnt see his bright blue undercarriage before. Holly thanks for sharing..lobe your vid's gal.
A little late, but huggssss. I'm sure vehicle problems have pushed most of us to the edge of a breakdown. Every time I see your jeep, I think the name "Lady Liberty", not sure why.
7:33 i thought matt filming, or camera on the gorund when watching their videos, its actually Hope crawling under Liberty to make sure they got the footage..dedication !
Hollie you forgot the road Montra if you aint breaking things you aint wheeling. well done girl well done AND you now know how to start a car without keys more knowledge in the bank for the next guy
That's strange. I watched Paul and Chad's video . . . You sure you were at the same event? Success through adversity they say (whomever THEY are). Great video Holly.
On the part where you were hooked up from the rear side, the place that looked liked Robby should have flopped over but didn't, it looked like you were roped to a tree, but then it seemed like, no, that's just being held by Alan and Colt! Was it wrapped around a tree at all?
Did I dream it, or was Liberty Biberty not originally a CRD? Love this build, fellow European here, planning to get another CRD and lift it. Hugely inspiring build!!
I felt the same way when I was out there and the trailer tongue collapsed, and again when the Jeep & trailer jacked knifed on a steep loose gravel incline at least you have fantastic company.😅
It wouldn’t be a good story if nothing went wrong. Best memories off-roading are the ones with issues. You just hope you’re helping instead of the one with the issues. 😊
man next time you guys are going in my backyard in arizona you should let me know what vehicles u guys have on the trip that way i can pick up the stuff you need and bring you guys the parts you need for repairs i grew up wheelin all the trails you guys did, I've been wheelin AZ for almost 30ish+ years
Believe In Yourself... Giving Up...Is NOT...The Way...Having Those Who Believe In You...Is Nice...Proving Yourself...Is All That's Important...Never Ride..In Danger...Never Fail The Drive....Drive...Or Ride... In Faith...Never Coward Into A Bad Idea...Ever.!!! God Bless
It may be a competition, but I love how everybody helps everybody else. That's the America I want to live in.
I've always associated those big fold up tents on top of they're vehicles with overlanding. I'm glad to see that I was wrong.
Cold...lol.
But you know you're gonna be fine if Paul is hanging around

Give it though Sottish tenacity. Nice looking build. You'll get the bugs worked out😂
Holly, even with the 'issues' it looks like a good time was had by all! I'm glad you got to go and participate!
Vehicle troubles suck, but I can’t think of a better group of people to have trail issues with. Good learning experience!
Well Holly, We win some and then there are other days. What a fun build and it looks like you guys still had a great time . Keep it up.
Liberty is looking awesome
Once you get more than a minute of seat time you’ll get the bugs worked out
I've been there before, and in the moment it's difficult to accept these issues, but after you get home you're able to take the larger view and realize these are normal shakedown issues that arise with any fresh build. You did a great job staying with it! 👏

There's no crying in overlanding!! 😂😅 You guys made it out. That's all that matters!
She said, "stay positive." Her other self said, "okaaaaay... I'm positive this sucks."
Ya know what's great about this adventure? Even though you had some problems...everyone comes together to help you finish...even (McGyver) Paul. Seeing everyone coming togeter like that restores ones faith in humanity...thank you for bringing that out!

A challenging couple of days, but as you said, that's what makes memories. Liberty is a seriously capable vehicle.
What a great bunch of people helping each other
Your Resilience is absolutely Grand
Your tough girl that engine compartment was pretty burned up..but what a great group of friends had your back
Hollie put 2 Fire Extinguishers and 2 different JB WELDS on your Christmas list for your trail bag.... Quit being hard on yourself it's about the experience and what you learn along the way, great stories too!!
Don't let the hard days win!
Oh that's something you never want to have happen! What a great build though!

Remember when Chad installed a Remote Control Kill Switch in Paul's Grandpa Sherm truck for the 1st Offroad Games 👍😎✊

That is more a Motor-Spots "SAFETY" type feature. A different thing entirely.
But equally a very good idea.
I'm so glad you were out there. You, Robbie and Paul stuck to the rock crawling over lander. Very happy.
Bring marshmellows nextime... dont let the flames go to waste !🔥🔥🔥🔥
You guys did great. Thanks for sharing your adventure.
Just keep swimming! Good influence on this community!!!

You made it to the challenge, and finished. Issues will come up, with a first trip, on a new build. Good job.
33:10 "Dad says that's how you know a real blue collar man right there...'ceement'.". Your Dad is wise. 😎👍💪
"Recycled breast implants" I can't stop snort laughing
"It's literally tits."
"This stuff is Literally The Tits"

Hey there 😊
Liberty did well, one small oops making it exciting, good job. Remember others broke down and did not finish.😊😊😊😊
Hollie and Hurricane. 🤘🏽. You, too, are great together.
It sucked that you had the trouble with the jeep catching on fire but you were able to get it put out with minimal harm to the jeep and got it going again with the help of friends. That's one

Holly great to see you wheeling after back surgery!!!😊😊
Good job Holly (and friends). Liberty-biberty is an awesome build!
You have a good group and at least you made it poor Rudy missed out
I also cannot say that I’ve ever started a car from below it 😂
It will be alright. The struggle is part of the experience. Roll with it and there will be good days in the future! The liberty is awesome!!
Looking good
Hollie you built an awesome Jeep, sorry it had problems but you overcame them. That will will be a time you won't forget.
Keep up the great work.
Good friends taking care of each other. And yes the hard lessons are the ones that will stay with you
My TJ caught fire there in just about the exact same place.
Cool build those jeeps are way underrated for builds. Glad you didn’t burn up!
Great build Holly

My Liberty is called Lady Liberty 3.0! Perhaps you have seen her on a highway in TN? Lol😅😅😅😊
Enjoyed the video and glad you left the explanation into why the vehicles were being winched up/“recovered up” from the last obstacle.
7:33 i thought matt filming, or camera on the gorund when watching their videos, its actually Hope crawling under Liberty to make sure they got the footage..dedication !
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
So cool, thanks for sharing!
Love the "little pee walk" line.. . Good work Holy
Recycled breast implants? I'm like Kokopelli running like hell!
Hollie, your awesome! 👩🔧🚘
I still think that you built an awesome liberty . Once the bugs are worked out it will be fantastic on the trail s
Hey don't be hard on yourself you build a pretty sweet rig, I would Cruise it on The Daily myself. I love the looks of the liberties built like that
Hurricane is such a great partner for you!
You built a truly sweet little rig Holly. I wish I could build one.
I will say if you are mad a miss liberty she can come live with me lol you did an awesome job on her. ❤
Best looking Liberty ever!! Jeep should have consulted you before releasing their versdion.
Great Clip Guys!
❤ your channel ❤
Didn't vote for ya but, ❤ your channel ❤
Cheers from Southern California USA 🇺🇸

❤❤❤❤ Holly, your trail video was my favorite
What happened? I thought Nate was winching the bread truck? Why are you? Awesome video!
He decided not to participate in that part of the competition. His frame may not have enjoyed the stress.
@@walterfowler4720 Ah, thanks for clarifying.
Remember Matt's off-road recovery. Build it to break it, then fix it and try to break it again. To make it bomb proof. Trust the process!!!😅
I love when you say “ Taco “ 😂
It's Good To Have Friends Who Know How To Fix Cars.
Some say shakedown, others say mugging.
It's good to have friends!
Did I dream it, or was Liberty Biberty not originally a CRD? Love this build, fellow European here, planning to get another CRD and lift it. Hugely inspiring build!!
"No, no problem. Why do you ask?" I had a '65 Ford Galaxy 390 I had to start that way for months.
Holly stay positive, it’s a great way to test your vehicle
I felt the same way when I was out there and the trailer tongue collapsed, and again when the Jeep & trailer jacked knifed on a steep loose gravel incline at least you have fantastic company.😅

great as always great content very entertaining good job
I dig the "I don't give a Scooby Doo"!
HOLLIE YOUR A TROOPER ❤❤🫂🫂

Awesome
F4 tape/silicone tape has been since the 1950's and is good emergency repair tape.
I thought I was transported to the Blair Witch project for a second there
(Not) the Jeep Liberty's Faught !
After you watch macgyver you need to watch Macgruber!!

Holly is that a Maine plate on the tail gate ? that's my home state
It looks like Holly could use some new Little Tree Car Air Fresheners for her rear view mirror. Let’s help her out.
Take out the leaking and fire, the Liberty did good. It should be a really capable lil wheeler
Some one should make a product called BLOB. Just put it in a squeeze tube. Slap a thick coat around the hose and wait 10 minutes.
I know that you didn't win but you did good.
Thank you
You're welcome.
That Bleepin is an ornery rascal.
That is one helluvah co-pilot you got….smacks yah with reality….cups you with optimism…and doesn’t Bitch👊🇺🇸👊
