Try a banana (potassium) and stretching out the Charlie horse (by bringing your toe up and back down, you won’t have to get up) it hurts but you have to stretch thru it and then the pin fades in a few seconds. Also if you’re walking a lot and your belly gets heavy look into a belly band. I’m so excited for you! I had my first at 21 and being a mom at this age was so fun. Record everything for your memories 💗
