I really like what Mercedes is doing with their EQ line of electric vehicles. It’s impressive that they are combining low drag coefficient exterior design with the classically elegant Mercedes design language. The interior is absolutely groundbreaking from both a technological and design standpoint, as it is incredibly beautiful and seemingly very intuitive, with the way they were able to combine three touch screen displays behind a single glass panel on the dash to display all necessary information without it seeming cluttered or overwhelming but, rather having invite the user to touch and interact with the displays as everything is where one would expect it to be, all while remaining pleasing to the eye. This is accomplished utilizing things like the air vents, and the absolutely exquisite modern design of the steering wheel, with the wooden trim adding a degree of warmth and familiarity and all of it accented with color led ambient lighting that extends throughout the entirety of the cabin, that together gives the interior of the vehicle a certain quality that invokes a calming and serene atmosphere that pairs perfectly with the silent running electric drive. An interior cabin that one can assume is well insulated sonically (possibly both passively with sound deadening material and actively with Active noise canceling technology) giving the driver a uniquely relaxing environment, regardless of the driving conditions the car is faced with. The Cherry on top being the wonderful three pronged star accented throughout both the interior trim and on the front fascia of the “grille” giving it more character than a simple flat Façade would have.

They are found in all car electronics and are most often subject to failures - early, random or wear-out failures. If you are an electrical engineer, you would know that they need to be replaced every 5-7 years for optimal performance. You seem to like your cars with tons of screens, lights, and toys. Just make sure you lease, not buy, because the repair bill will be pretty expensive a few years from now.

Very beautiful and amazingly great. The interior is very bright and light. I can't take my kids in and leave them eat their favorite McDonald's fries and burgers lol. The car I have been waiting for. Yes its a car. It used to be SUVs were truck based vehicles that didn't have to adhere to the same safety regulations as cars. These new so-called SUVs are no less than just tall cars in every way. Easier to get into/out of, roomy and versatile. Finally I think this is one car that can take on Tesla if it's reliability turns out to be okay.
