That was the best reaction ever! This is such a fun song. Home free does a great job of spoofing Meghan Trainor's song. I love it when the guys ham it up, but their vocals never suffer. This song always puts a smile on my face. Love Austin's yodeling. There is a behind the scenes video which is very funny. You can tell that the guys love what they do.

Just listening to your analyses as you go through the track amazes the hell out of me! It’s clear that you use your voice like a mechanic can make his tools do amazing things. It flabbergasts me how clearly you break down vocals, mimic them, and make sense out of them to those of us who cannot hear what you hear! Thank you!

The guys are great at not taking themselves too seriously while still doing great work. Austin suggested this when Meghan's original was climbing the charts. It makes sense if you know this is their version of a shot-for-shot remake of her video, like why Austin is on a camo tarp, or what he and Tim are doing with the red solo cups.
Yes! I hadn't seen Meghan's video when seeing this for the first time. But watching Meghan's video, which is soooo much fun, made me appreciate this more. I'd like to know what Meghan's reaction to this was.

Love your reaction to this! You made me giggle! I shared this video with my Granddaughters when it first came out. They had three identical stick horses to the ones the guys used. So, naturally, when I attended a concert shortly after that I took the horses with me and the guys autographed them. The girls still have the horses. The 2 older girls are in their teens but they still have those stick horses.

My grandson had just started crawling and was always listening to Coco melon on my laptop. One day I go in my room and he's standing dancing to this song, and laughing. He was a little over 8 months old. This was our family's introduction to Home Free. Needless to say my family still loves them 8 years later. 😂

Did you notice at the beginning of the song when Tim goes low, the guys all say "All about that bass", and Tim goes down and says "All about ME".......as he points to himself.....I always love that part
Jen you had such a darn good time with this Home Free classic....from the early days but still one of their most amusing and best...no matter how goofy they get that music is still yop notch quality. Tim showing off his range as usual. Hmm ... "Claw of pure JOY"? With the teeth bared? 😁 If you say so. 😅 So many different elements to this and then sort of a musical theatre-ish type finish! Thank you for these videos. I've only just found your channel a few days ago, but it has been a great few days. It has made me non stop smiling these past few days and I have been in a dark place for quite awhile now. Not only does it make me smile and laugh and fills me with joy, but im also learning more about my singing voice. I keep trying out small things here and there that you have mentioned and it has been great fun. Thank you sooo much.

What a fun week! Loved all of the reactions! If you want a couple of more fun ones, I recommend, "Thank God I'm a Country Boy", and "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" (yes, it's a Christmas one, but it's HILARIOUS and incredible!)

If you go back to Meghan Traynor's original video, you can see that most of this is scene for scene the guys' interpretation and countrification of that video. The part of the choreography where they are just doing a step or two back and forth is I think a joke at their own expense - during the Sing Off there was much mockery of their, shall we say, unambitious dancing.
Austin arranged this, apart from the final barber shop section where Chris did it.
I was really hoping that somebody would bring up that they did that homage to the original video

I couldn't tell you how many times I have watched this reaction. I just love your responses!!! One thing I truly love is your respect and acknowledgment of Austin's natural southern accent (being from Pennsylvania, everyone's accents stand out, and I love them all!), but especially your respect for the difficulty and love when he enters with the yodel. I have seen so many other reactors with nothing but negative things to say about them because it is 'too much US Country.' We all know how hard it is, and not many people can do it. I love all of your Home Free reactions, but this is my absolute favorite!

They filmed this at Red Barn Farm, south of Minneapolis/St Paul, MN. It is a beautiful venue. Unfortunately the barn was destroyed by a tornado in Sept 2018. The owners have rebuilt but every time I see this video it reminds me of the original barn.

Everybody usually misses that and I think it's so funny. And Austin's yodel is so good.
