Personally, Rick is absolutely F tier based on future episodes. Based on your tierlist, for me Rick is honestly worse than Jerry. Don’t get me wrong Jerry is also F tier. I’d honestly arrange F tier like: Martin, Jerry, Goku, Vegeta, Peter, Rick. (I’d be okay with placing Peter as the worst of the worst tbh). The reason Martin is high F tier is cuz he likely would have been a good dad if he just didn’t lose his memory after falling into the sea (smth confirmed on title card drawings/art by people who worked on the show, unsure of which one it is). It’s also based off the fionna and cake show, but that would be spoilers. I personally see Martin as a tragic character who doesn’t recognize Finn as his own kid and just sees him as some random kid claiming to be his son. He’s likely thinking “this kid literally cannot be my kid cuz I never had a wife and I’m just a criminal who has never settled down.” AKA he lost the memories that made him a better person. He’s definitely still F though cuz like, even if he doesn’t recognize his kid as his kid, he still physically abused a child (ripped his arm off). I also think Lucifer is WAAAY too high, putting him next to Bandit is crazy to me. There’s multiple mentions of daddy issues in the show between Charlie and her dad lol. She never felt supported by him and he finally decided to hear her out as an adult. Sure they reconcile, but her father, even if Lillith might’ve been worse to Charlie growing up (just headcanon assumptions based on old plotlines and the fact she’s in heaven fsr), he still allowed it to happen and never supported her dreams until she was an adult. Therefore I honestly think he’s the start of C tier and Jack is one below him. Jack is worse tbh cuz he kinda uh, while it was accidental (both him and maddy tbh) were inattentive and didn’t notice their child wander into their experimental machine and technically die but not really. If the show wasn’t a superpowers kinda show he probably would have died. Also I think Blitz is also too high and personally think he would go between Lucifer and Jack in C tier. Mainly because of the traumadumping and in the same episode he exposed his daughter to him in a sexual situation, something kids should never see their parents doing. While overall he is pretty protective imo it bumps him down a lot cuz of that, and the fact she’s an assassin similar to how Batman’s son is an assassin. (They are in hell yea, but idk). If anything I’d be okay with low B tier since he is very protective of her and cares a lot about her. And also gives her her own room and space (some parents (not counting underprivileged loving parents, cuz they can’t afford it) don’t even give their kids their own space and just make their kid sleep on a couch in a storage room. EDITED: Another comment made a great point that Timmy’s Dad is actually really bad. He treats his son the way he does because he wanted a daughter, and there is literally an episode where Timmy wishes he was never born, it’s actually insane. If anything I would probably put Dad at above Peter and Rick in F Tier. Martin would also still be in F tier, he ain’t getting off scout free oh no sir. Idk much about Goku and Vegeta so they feel right and I don’t wanna move em, all I know is what they said lol. I think aside from those changes that’s about it.

There should be a tier below F called the FU tier and that’s where Jerry would be. The man almost got his kids killed because he couldn’t break up with the alien chick properly, he turned his kid into a social pariah because he couldn’t acknowledge that Pluto wasn’t a planet, and despite the fact that he’s a racist, selfish stupid man who uses his pathetic behaviour to get whatever he wants, he blames all of his mistakes on being Beth’s punching bag despite the fact that she’s only treating him like shit because he is shit. He also almost got Rick killed in the whirly dirly episode because Rick “stole” his family. Rick is a shit father to Beth, but he does pay attention and help Morty and Summer when it’s necessary while Jerry is in the background playing that dumb balloon game watching Titanic or something. He is the worst cartoon dad.

Goku isn't a bad dad he was just literally dead for most of his son's life during the end of the original Dragon Ball series he literally spent 4 years with his son before radtiz literally came up and beat goku in one hit and took gohan where goku teamed up with his Nemesis to go try to save gohan and in the cell Saga he knew that Gohan was the only one with enough power and strength to actually beat cell because he did not have the power or the strength to actually beat him because cell was still holding back on Goku

Personally, Rick is absolutely F tier based on future episodes. Based on your tierlist, for me Rick is honestly worse than Jerry. Don’t get me wrong Jerry is also F tier. I’d honestly arrange F tier like: Martin, Jerry, Goku, Vegeta, Peter, Rick. (I’d be okay with placing Peter as the worst of the worst tbh). The reason Martin is high F tier is cuz he likely would have been a good dad if he just didn’t lose his memory after falling into the sea (smth confirmed on title card drawings/art by people who worked on the show, unsure of which one it is). It’s also based off the fionna and cake show, but that would be spoilers. I personally see Martin as a tragic character who doesn’t recognize Finn as his own kid and just sees him as some random kid claiming to be his son. He’s likely thinking “this kid literally cannot be my kid cuz I never had a wife and I’m just a criminal who has never settled down.” AKA he lost the memories that made him a better person. He’s definitely still F though cuz like, even if he doesn’t recognize his kid as his kid, he still physically abused a child (ripped his arm off).
I also think Lucifer is WAAAY too high, putting him next to Bandit is crazy to me. There’s multiple mentions of daddy issues in the show between Charlie and her dad lol. She never felt supported by him and he finally decided to hear her out as an adult. Sure they reconcile, but her father, even if Lillith might’ve been worse to Charlie growing up (just headcanon assumptions based on old plotlines and the fact she’s in heaven fsr), he still allowed it to happen and never supported her dreams until she was an adult. Therefore I honestly think he’s the start of C tier and Jack is one below him. Jack is worse tbh cuz he kinda uh, while it was accidental (both him and maddy tbh) were inattentive and didn’t notice their child wander into their experimental machine and technically die but not really. If the show wasn’t a superpowers kinda show he probably would have died.
Also I think Blitz is also too high and personally think he would go between Lucifer and Jack in C tier. Mainly because of the traumadumping and in the same episode he exposed his daughter to him in a sexual situation, something kids should never see their parents doing. While overall he is pretty protective imo it bumps him down a lot cuz of that, and the fact she’s an assassin similar to how Batman’s son is an assassin. (They are in hell yea, but idk). If anything I’d be okay with low B tier since he is very protective of her and cares a lot about her. And also gives her her own room and space (some parents (not counting underprivileged loving parents, cuz they can’t afford it) don’t even give their kids their own space and just make their kid sleep on a couch in a storage room.

Another comment made a great point that Timmy’s Dad is actually really bad. He treats his son the way he does because he wanted a daughter, and there is literally an episode where Timmy wishes he was never born, it’s actually insane. If anything I would probably put Dad at above Peter and Rick in F Tier. Martin would also still be in F tier, he ain’t getting off scout free oh no sir. Idk much about Goku and Vegeta so they feel right and I don’t wanna move em, all I know is what they said lol.
