A bunch of cuties and I grab breakfast here every Sunday morning after a bike ride. I'm a bacon, egg, and cheese on a cinnamon and sugar pretzel kinda dude.
Philly and NYC playfully argue about what is better, a hero or a hoagie and a NYC pretzel or a Philly area pretzel. As a true New Yorker, I give Philly the nod on both.
Remembering all the classic "" mustard pretzels"" from the popi- stores in West Philly back in early '90s. Plus the BIG cups of cold wooder ice along with it... and a big 50 cent bottle ginger ale. Some chumpy chips too... they were the days... but this Rowhouse spot looks 🔥🔥🔥 nothing like a true PHILLY soft pretzel...🥨🥨🥨🥨
That egg and sausage looks really delicious and I know it will taste even better with some sauté onions on it. That cream cheese pretzel looks great as well. I will get there to try these. Again, thank you so much for sharing your foodie tips with us. Amen
Why am I today year's old realizing that there should have been a breakfast sandwich pretzel when I was growing up.😂. We ate pretzels everyday, even free in the break rooms at work. No longer living in Philly, but I gotta make a Steak eggs and cheese pretzel...with plenty of onions
I used to live off 61st & Pine Street when I lived in Philly, then moved to Bala Cynwyd! I Worked out king of Prussia at Cole Haan for years! Now I’m in Charlotte but I miss philly!
JL let me 1st start of by saying thank you for posting all this amazing content. Me & my wife are from Philly, We live in Delaware now but every time we go back to philly we hit up one of the spots you reviewed in Philly (the spots we never had before) and this one is our next stop. We appreciate your work, keep up the good work. Peace ✌🏽
I tried this today. Delicious!!! Did sausage, egg, pepper cheese. Next time, I am going to choose the "torch it" option. Also saw a gluten-free option on their website.
Don't sleep on the Philly Pretzel Factory...pretzels in a brown paper bag like back in the day and simply delicious! They gotta a pork roll sandwich on a pretzel that don't miss!!
Thank for you being a 90s guy and using "slammin'" to describe good food. I cringe anytime someone says "that's bussin'!" 😂 (2010s slang) Or even "that's fire!" 😂 (early 2000s slang)
I’m an 80’s baby .Lemme tell you , NYC at one time used to be famous for pretzels just as much as bagels ( especially street vendors with shopping carts ) . For some reason around the early 2000’s you just stop seeing them . Only place you might still see them is carts near 34th and 42nd street hot dog stands
Love your content👏 Have you tried Macho's located at Cobbs Creek and Catharine Street in W. Philly. Regular and vegan options. Smoothies, burritos, rice bowls etc. Delish
Normally you're not allowed to have dogs in stores unless they're professional dogs. But you always got someone who thinks it doesn't pertain to them. I used to work at the Navy Yard and one of my coworkers used to bring pretzels in on Friday's
I just went to K Town and it didn’t disappoint it was awesome 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻thank you 💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰 they had your video on and I said to them that’s why am here again thank you
Pretzel sandwich looks good, they had some eggs, but your right need onion, they need to have bacon too. The pretzel cinnamon ok,that’s the spot to go for breakfast.
Someone, please clarify this for me. Are rowhomes considered actual houses, or are they apartments? I am from Illinois and stayed in apartments, town homes, and houses. Have seen these types of buildings before, but never knew they were called rowhomes.
JL please come to my husbands restaurant called That Breakfast Spot located in Clementon NJ. We have a French toast sandwich called Stay Phocused . Our menu is unique and the food is amazing. We also have smoothies . Please come we would love to service you
FR if your neighbor has a party at 1am, you have a party at 1am 😂
You can dam near put anything on a soft pretzel and it will be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A bunch of cuties and I grab breakfast here every Sunday morning after a bike ride. I'm a bacon, egg, and cheese on a cinnamon and sugar pretzel kinda dude.
Only thing I would change would be sausage instead of bacon

@@massiahgrom Sauken got good pizza too!
I use pretzels for sandwiches all the time. If you don't use the salt they have way less sodium then most sliced bread and taste similar to a bagel.

There homes ! Separate house ppl living in them 😂
Some of these row homes are easily a milly too.
Dogs inside of restaurants used to be a no no in the US until somewhat recently.
Sauce on the first one by chance?
They are delicious 😋😋 I always get extra cheese on mine
10 dollar for the sandwhich is wild. Them pretzels cost like 10 cents to make the pretzel
I like to try a cheese steak pretzel 🤔
Hey JL have you ever tried Firoe’s shakes and steaks? Good spot great steaks it’s on 2573 Frankford ave.

I went to the one in Kensington it was horrible ! Diff egg and it was cold & it just got handed to me
JL ur eating technique on this one bro
A pretzel sandwich sounds way better than a bagel. Pretzels are better in general, with nacho cheese.
JL please come to my husbands restaurant called That Breakfast Spot located in Clementon NJ. We have a French toast sandwich called Stay Phocused . Our menu is unique and the food is amazing. We also have smoothies . Please come we would love to service you
