Great video Heather. I'm not sure if you are aware or not, but Jon from Mitchell and King always advise a spray of QD on the wax removing cloth, as it helps remove cured wax much easier.
Sometimes I think red is the best colour for getting a car to pop I have recently got my son a Zetec S in red and it looks so good with GT ceramic sealant on it. That Porsche looks really good at the end. That me inspired enough to get the washing kit out to start on our recently acquired black car to get it looking equally as good. Off on a 400 mile road trip over the next couple of days so I can justify washing it again at the weekend.
Great video Heather and it was well edited and thoughtfully put together. Great job on the car, final results were really good, red definitely popped once you were done.
@@AutoCareHQ Obviously I have no idea what your real job is. But you have amazing knowledge and great skills to definitely do this full time. I would love you to Detail my BMW X2 if I lived closer. 👍🌹🏴
Used the GT decon shampoo after watching some of your other vids on 2 cars recently! It's exactly as you describe it 👍 they've some great products. Another great video BTW ☺
Great video thank you! We have a 718 Boxster and the surface rust one gets when cleaning the wheels drives me crazy - you have in the end a perfectly looking wheel only to get rust dust on them as soon as you drive off. I have tried different things such as BH Atom Mac but so far not found any solution other than a wheels off clean after having driven which is a bit crazy! if anyone has a tip let me know please!
Wow you have transformed a non car person paintwork. It looks amazing after you worked your magic. Ceramic disk are sometimes are a pain to work with. Awesome job on the Red Rocket.
Hi Heather, love what you do but notice you don't use products by Autoglym, Auto Finesse or Meguiars which are/seem to be more readily avialiable. Any particular reason or don't you rate them? Would like to know your thoughts as I seem seem to be drawn to Auto Finesse products. Many thanks, keep up the great work.
Hi Heather. I'm always interested in your new product reviews and not only do I enjoy watching your videos, but have learned alot from them. I am curious though... did you use two different types of IK sprayers, one for wheel foam and one for the pre-wash?
Thanks very much for your comment, that's really great to hear! Yep I use an IK Foamer for the wheel shampoo and then an IK Sprayer for applying pre-wash products that I don't need to foam up. Both are the same price and are really useful, just for different things
Wow that looks awesome! The colour certainly stands out. How much was that sprayer you where using please? Also , do you find your new karcher is better than your old one in terms of hose as mine is nearly tipping me over the edge by constantly tangling up!!😭
Thanks Rob! It was about £17, I've got a video on it here: th-cam.com/video/K8slZfWnorQ/w-d-xo.html I'm not using the new karcher here as I had to borrow one for this car with being in another location but the hose is a problem with all the karcher models I've tried unfortunately (think it's three now!). I'm tempted to get an upgrade for mine at some point!
Thanks Phil! I’ve considered doing it more seriously but I stitched myself up with the MX-5 haha it’s probably the least practical car for mobile detailing I can think of 😂
@@AutoCareHQ Could always get a decent van with very little money as a work car. Doesn't even need to be a rust bucket. Although I would love to see you pull up with a heavily rusted van next to a Porche and the van would give out loud bangs and smoke too. "Right, let's get this Porche looking real nice. At least half as nice as my beloved van here"
Well done Heather, you really brought that colour back to life .
Great results,, massive improvement in looks,, bet the owner was really impressed.. 😀
Thanks very much John!
Well done Heather. I agree, a great transformation! 😀
That Porsche now looks fantastic to be fair... What a great job. Super work 👍 😀
thank you!
I LOVE that car so much….thank you for doing that one and taking such care through the process! 😊
That was such an amazing transformation 😀 The car looks lovely 😍
Lovely Jubbly, you definitely brought the shine back to that Porsche Heather, the owner must of been very pleased with your work.
Cheers Paul! I got some good feedback from the owner which is was very nice!
Love your drying technique, will follow that from here on. Seems way safer than dragging a big towel over panels.
Great video Heather. I'm not sure if you are aware or not, but Jon from Mitchell and King always advise a spray of QD on the wax removing cloth, as it helps remove cured wax much easier.
Thank you! That’s a great tip, I’ve only ever tried it once when I was really struggling but I didn’t have any with me on the day with this one!

Thanks for watching John :) I love a red car but a nice glossy black car is hard to beat as well
Well done Heather. Car came up great and a wax was definitely the way to go with that colour.
Thanks Chris! The wax definitely paid off!

@@AutoCareHQ apparently Halfords do a anti tangle hose for like 45 quid so going To try that out I think as reviews for it are really good!!👌🏻
Great video as always
thanks for watching!
Nice to see you get the opportunity to do a super car. It's also refreshing because it was actually dirty. Ideal next car for you?
Thanks for watching Peter :) I'd absolutely love a car like this!
That is one sweet A-U-T-O-M-O-B-I-L-E!!!!!!
Brawo. Super job 👍😍🏆🏆🏆👍💪😍😎👍👌
Nice work, best car on the channel though? I liked the little VRS 🤪
Haha cheers Nick!
Best car?.......you haven't had my 20 year old vw transporter t4 van on there yet? 🤣🤷. Great video, loving the channel 👊👍
Thanks Richard! Hahaha that sounds perfect!
Thank you great video as always.
Thanks for watching 😊
Washed my better half's nissan qashqai today. Kind of the same lol
And i thought you had got yourself a new car then. :D
Nice car, great job ... Is that karcher k7 ?
Thanks for watching! It was just a K2 that I borrowed for the day
👍🏻
Are you left hander???
Hey Heather is this the car from a previous video, it was in the back round and i think you were cleaning a VW
Yep it is well remembered!
@@AutoCareHQ Yeah you said one day you would love to do a car like this!
And you did. 👌
Just 1 question Heather, are you gonna go professional? the results are excellent and you certainly have an attention to detail. Brilliant

is there any way of removing the rust from the brake discs ?
I’ve heard bilt Hamber atom mac is very good but I’ve not had a chance to try it yet
No iron decon? No clay bar? 2 necessary steps to decon
I wasn’t doing a full decon, just was doing what suited the owner’s requirements and time restrictions
