Yes you can add your Jamaican bank account and transfer funds from Payoneer directly to your AC. I've done it multiple times. It converts it from USD to JMD.

Paypal no longer allows you to add your Payoneer account. You will have to call Paypal directly and ask them to link your Jamaican dollar account so that you can withdraw your funds. Unfortunately, sometimes they do not allow this, because of the region. I was unsuccessful and eventually had to call an ask them to link my Paypal account to my USD account that I opened overseas.
When I get to the "balance details" page, I don't have the "transactions" and "receiving accounts" options. Instead mine says, "To see transactions, you need to be receiving funds to your Payoneer account". Any idea why that is or how to fix it?😭
You need to request then verify your bank account

There a mistake in the video. Please update. You can withdraw from your Payoneer account to your Jamaica bank account.
I would recommend CIBC First Caribbean because you get your funds faster with no fees.
