i went from 2 pull ups to 8 this winter .... lost 4kgs, i was really struggling after covid to get back into shape but i finally decided to commit to it and it feels great! your videos were really helpful, learned a bunch of stuff even did the cartwheel xd, the mobility videos are also great! cheers guys
@@Awareness_With_Dennis sometimes it's just nice to sponsor people, it's called giving back, sir. Specially if it's good stuff they use and wanna share!
@@Strengthside Justifying that josh promised that doesn't change the fact that Strengh Side channel is no longer a sponsor free channel. I'm happy for you guys:) I been an OG subscriber for over 7 years, just never thought the channel would fold over to the realm of sponsorships
Been using evening stretching while I watch shows with my wife for the last few weeks and it's been great. Great time to sink into a passive stretch and focus on breathing before going to sleep too. Last winter I used the time to deal with some nagging knee issues and followed a bulletproofing program. This winter I'm working on my pulling/finger strength and trying to loosen up my hamstrings.
just recently discovered your videos and have been doing squats and pushups.Just starting on pull ups cant do many but manage 100 pushups a day and about 40 squats a day.I am 80 and have found that it has improved my leg strength and agility also my ballance. I must congratulate you on great videos especially the locations. Those shot in the desert near Moab in particular having been there myself about 10 years ago. Great stuff.
Pull ups f'sho! I normally don't like watching sponsorships (does anyone really?) but I am super happy for y'all that you're reaching a level where you can have them. Your videos helped spark my fitness journey and I love watching you're progression as a channel. The gainz are much deserved.
Excellent tips, yes, this is all doable even for me at 60. I started on the tumble this week, whoaaah did that bring back memories 😆 felt a bit dizzy in the beginning but quickly learnt to do them in slow motion, taking care of my neck and shoulders. This week I will concentrate on my handstand. As a woman, I find that my arms are my weakness, especially my triceps. Thank you for your content, your encouraging ideas and sunny personality.
I gave climbing a try, inspired by you, and so far I really like bouldering. Thumps up for a little motivation here in the cold and dark times. You guys rocks 😁
Awesome video! I love the talk about visualizing where I want to be in 6 months. I know 6 months from now, I want to be stronger and more powerful. I want to get my handstands and pull-ups nailed. Then to round everything out, I want to develop a movement and stretching routine.
I am currently going through a lower back injury, so I'm stuck doing bodyweight stuff. I miss lifting so much and it makes me so insecure about how much to eat, how to move around etc. But in order to be ready again in summer I know I have to rest🙏🏻
Love this inspiration!! I’ve been down about not working out as much. But giving my self credit. I’ve been keeping up with stretching and other goals. Good reminder and great message ❤
Well if you guys and Andrew Huberman both rate this product… it has to be worth a try! Ordered the mixed pack just to find what I like… shipping to uk hurts a bit, but still worth a try!
The content of this channel is amazing, sponsored or not, I don't give a f* :) I honor and appreciate you guys, you bring so much value to other people's lives
Can you describe how you split everything up? I recently switched from College Bro weight room workouts to your style of training to heal and feel/move better. I liked your video of "training all day" however, I find myself relatively aimless in my training sessions...doing some stretching, pullups, cardio..very scattered and unfocused. Do you have any advice? Love the content!!
Thanks a gain for a purposeful content. I've been meaning to ask about that wooden device for laptop, if you could be kind enough to drop the reference. I've switched to floor seating at home. I found a good low seat but for desk no to much.
I just recently found your channel. I really admire your content. I'm wondering, regarding flexibility and strength especially in the hip and ham string. Is the pool helpful with improving this area and if yes, would you consider sharing what to do? Thank you.
Hi thanks for your videos. I would like to know the differences between move strong now and side guided. I am able to do at least ten pull up, twenty push up and more twenty dips a few muscle up with assistance. What do you recommend for me?
Just watched a video on TH-cam from Slacktivity. Its working out on a slack line - which you can do inside or out. Besides helping your balance - it also teaches you to relax. In addition - as you get better you can surf, bounce, and do flips on a slack line. Definitely going to use this. Have either one of you tried this? What do you think?
Don’t laugh, but I’ve wanted to ask what brands you guys use for ur workout clothing? Maybe you could get a video sponsor from the brand u guys like the best? 😂
Try doing negatives. Use a bench to put yourself in completed chin up position then slowly lower yourself. You could also purchase some power bands to hook to the bar to assist the pull up.
Dear brother, you have been a great inspiration and helped so much with advice and guidance you have shared. Could you enable the Super Thanks button so i can give you some money as thanks please 🙏 I am on the way to pain free walking after discovering this body has apt and pelvis twist to right thanks to you 🙏
I'm personally putting loads of work into my Pull-ups this winter. What are you focusing on?
Hanging. I’m up to 2 mins. Looking for 5 max.
1 Arm Pull-ups :)
recovering from my shoulder injury and building back my strength to hopefully train hard again in the summer

I have the most respect for your choice about sponsorship. It's a major factor in sharing your videos!!! Much Love.
Glad to hear that thanks. LMNT is legit
Kinda sad to see tbh. He promised his viewers that we would never do sponsorship on his channel. Guess the saying, everyone has thier price, is true.

Stretching and doing walking workouts while watching K-dramas has been my evening ritual for years now, it's so comforting I love it!
