    Absolutely love stuff like this. When it’s cold and can’t go out in the garden. My days are spent in the kitchen making medicine , tea blends, baking, and making pantry staples.

    I weave and crochet. And I know the kind of time and effort that goes into a skein of home spun yarn. $35 for that skein is perfectly reasonable, but I agree that you want to make sure that you are quite ready to use the special yarn in a special project, after you have mastered the skills. Enjoy!

    Mise en place is the french term for preparing ingredients before cookin or baking. It is a good practice to get into. It makes the process go smoothly.

    You go Girl! I have only tried leek and potato soup premade and it is delicious. I wonder, though, when you make it homemade; are the leeks more vibrant or pronounced? Asia, You have all the energy for all the things and all the details of the things! You have successfully made me hungry! Thanks for sharing. Sincerely, Wanda

    I’m making chicken gnocchi soup (Olive Garden dupe). I grabbed some thyme (first time growing in my garden), I didn’t know you could add the whole sprig and then pick it out. I was picking those teeny tiny leaves off. I learned something new today. Thank you!

    That soup looks so good! Been dealing with the allium root maggot so no success with any alliums…hoping for better results in the future.
    Do you grow herbs? Thyme is so easy and hardy. I love having fresh herbs to cook with.

    99% of the time, I don’t eat breakfast. I listen to my body, I eat OMAD. One meal a day. Low to moderate carbs.

    • @sevenkpink2894

      Isn’t that a bit unhealthy to be eating one meal? Lol idk whatever works for you I guess

    • @steffiejoe
      @steffiejoe 19 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      @ not for me. Why would I force myself to eat if I’m not hungry? I think eating when you’re not hungry would be unhealthy for me. It’s a lot of unhealthy man made eating habits that have been taught. Who eats when they are not hungry? Probably why obesity is a major problem . Research OMAD.

  • @CheerfulChristian12

    Although a thought Asia, wouldn’t putting the quail in the crate be the same thing as what mainstream farmers are doing with the chickens by putting them in cages?
